From start to finish, everything was perfect. The quality of the dresses here is outstanding. Fast delivery - not only met but exceeded ETA. I was worried about the tight timeline for my wedding, but they delivered my dress well ahead of schedule.
The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
I cannot recommend them enough. They turned my wedding day into a fairytale!

I really wanted to like this! It's uniquely different! However what I received was nothing like the pictures. It was was said to be a custom made piece, but for whom? At no point was I given an option to input my arm length- "as you did not provide a measurement for it, we followed our policy and used the standard size closest to your measurements. " WHAT?! (See screenshot) THIS IS A WEDDING DRESS! I emailed, understandably very upset, and was met with "well these are your measurements" I know my body VERY well as a model, and there is simply no way this was "made" for my measurements
Arms too small and sit WAY above my wrist. Crotch too tight to the point I have trouble sitting down comfortably. Seams in awkward places, not as pictured with the deep v in the back-the v does sit in an awkward place to where it will gap when you move your arms. The train SNAPS into place in an awkward spot on the side-which is highly visible….

Packaging is abhorrent. I would expect a wedding dress to be neatly packaged and shipped with care-NOT SHIPPED IN A PLASTIC BAG
Upon reviewing the bag and the contents it became immediately clear this item came from Asia.

When I ask about returning this defective dress I'm told I have to pay return shipping to MAYBE get a refund?! (Also in screen shot)

Very disappointed in this experience and learned it's best to spend elsewhere. Thankfully my credit card company and family lawyer are seeing things my way.
Going to allow this seller to do the right thing and refund me first if she does I'll happily remove my reviews and not open a fraud case.
