I bought the Goku hoodie a little over a year ago and let me say, they don't exaggerate when they say "2nd skin". After wearing it for a considerable time, it truly feels like its adjusted to my body and looks better each time I wear it. After my first few months, I bought the Trunk's black version and similar story. They feel great at first, definitely, but once you break it in for a few months, these feel amazing! I've had no issues with any of the many I've bought since and I look forward to expanding my wardrobe with these cats.
I am beyond happy and satisfied with my jacket by Luca Designs. They were nothing but helpful along the way and made sure that I was beyond satisfied with my jacket. If you're looking for a jacket of the best quality then I highly recommend going with them. I truly cannot express how happy I am with the results.
Product quality and customer service are well above and beyond expectations, anyone who implies otherwise doesn't own one, Period.
I learned about Luca Designs a little over a year ago. Now I get the majority of my jackets from them. And even in these crazy times, the jackets arrive quickly

I got the limited edition Red Hood/Arkham Knight jacket for Hanukah, and I love it: it's sheepskin, not goatskin, and a men's size, but the work is just as gorgeous and the leather is even more pliable - and I think the jacket is a little warmer. It's perfect, because I love the more breathable/lighter jacket on days it's not as cold and I look forward to using this jacket more in the winter.
I hope to get the Arkham Knight Red Hood jacket in a men's size, and the Robin/Titans jacket as well. Highly recommend.
The jacket is perfect; after reading about the European cut and the arms being too tight, this was probably my biggest concern having had to order a custom size for other reasons. (I checked sizes very carefully after these warnings; my arms are a little thicker so it was a worry for me.)
It was absolutely perfectly fit, and I paid attention to the arms the first time I put my jacket on. It's also lighter and more breathable than my other leather jacket, and I had to wear it in the hot weather, at least for a while, to break it in and just show it in public. (I run hot so five minutes was my limit during the summer; I look forward to wearing it more during the fall and winter, hopefully all the time.)
I love the colors, the design, and Luca and his team nailed everything. Thanks!
PS - I forgot to add, given the quality of this jacket I'm shocked at the price; you might balk at the price, but it's a high quality, detailed jacket and other jackets that are, in my opinion, not this gorgeous or detailed go for much, much higher. I wasn't sure what to expect until I got it, but it's beyond what I expected.
Do your research before even thinking about this company they suck, they are terrible with customers, won't refund you for their mistakes, won't exchange, their size chart is wrong, they rude to deal with and treat people like they know nothing. Seriously just google their name they have sites dedicated to telling you the truth about this site. I and several other people I know have nothing but bad things to say about this company. They proudly serve "vegan leather" what they proudly serve is bad quality, zippers that break often and peeling when it's brand new. Won't admit to their mistakes and if it gets damaged in transport it's your problem not theirs. Would not recommend absolutely terrible service. Please buy from somewhere else. It's a shame too because their products look very nice online but in reality are not worth the price. Made cheap while you pay a premium price.
We cover our customers completely when there is a production issue. Very rarley but we always follow our guidelines and do the best to have non peeling vegan and high quality napa leathers for fashion jackets. Zippers are upto customers to maintain or replace if they break during wear or force. This review is likely fake, we do not have the customer in our database. Our designer cares deeply about the products and the customers experience. If a customer chooses to act outside of the police we cannot cover them and some customers will be unreasonable.
They are super helpful and got it much faster than I expected. The jacket looks & feels amazing. I typically get a US-Medium in jackets but ordered the XL. It's snug but fits well.
I have two very nice jackets from lucajackets, barbie and a cropped akira. It's so rare to see geeky brands offering women's sizes that actually fit well. The leather quality is flawless (i chose real leather for both) and had fun customizing barbie. I really love the attention to details on my akira jacket, not some mass produced cheap product like other bigger brands. I'm also amazed by the pocket's size on women's designs, it even got an inner pocket.

I can't express how much I love wearing my jacket - it's so cute, comfortable, high quality, and super stylish. Literally goes with any outfit and turns heads wherever I go! Their customer support is also amazing and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have 5 new jackets now, I bought 1 leather jacket every month since their 2021 releases.
The only 1 star reviews are from competitors and clearly fake as I had nothing but amazing experiences everytime I purchased.

Luca Designs is followed by many in the Cosplay community and I want to make sure other customers & cosplayers like myself are at least warned of their behavior. You can find other bad reviews for them on Reddit/other places but I made the mistake of only checking their social media before ordering from them.

This review is not genuine. We always help customers and have no gain to gaslight or what this customer is saying. We offer custom sizing for all customers because we respect and VALUE those who are proportionate and require additional customization. Very few brands offer these services.

I ordered a jacket in early September 2020 to have in time for Halloween. It should have taken a month, maybe 6 weeks with the "rush". They did not contact me at all until I sent them a email mid October inquiring about my order. They were extremely rude and condescending. I thought that I was being reasonable by waiting before contacting them. Ended up getting strung along past the 45 day chargeback provided by my debit card so I was powerless to wait even after they totally missed Halloween.
I did not receive my jacket until JANUARY 2021. I paid for real leather and it was obvious that they gave me what must be their default faux leather/bonded leather option. If this is what they call "real leather" then beware. The $60 moto jacket I got from Costco has a better build. I contacted them to clarify and try to rectify the situation but was verbally abused. The jacket is starting to fall apart after only a couple weeks of light use (staying indoors). Buyer beware...
I ordered a custom jacket at an event and it took over a year to get it. When I got it, the jacket didn't fit and it wasn't real leather. When I got in touch, they were condescending and rude. They refused to help me or refund my money. I would never recommend them to anyone.
One of the best female jackets we ever made to date, the black widow design, she was the one who requested it and did not like it. The commission is the responsibility and trust of the designer to create something for the client and the public. The agreement and jacket was fulfilled and yet we received this treatment in 2020 by her. Yes it was real leather, we always give real leather unless otherwise stated.
I bought my husband the Vegeta jacket for Christmas. I haven't given it to him yet but I know he's going to be amazed. I'm not even a Dragon Ball fan, and even I love it. I wish I could have afforded the real leather one but the fake leather is so soft and warm, it seems just as good. The jacket is gorgeous and I couldn't resist putting it on just to feel it! I'm so excited for him to get it I've had to resist giving it to him early. The customer service was excellent and personalized, and I discussed many times the sizing to be sure it was right. If they ever came out with a long black gothy looking coat, I'd probably get myself one at some point because the quality is amazing!

Best and most creative jackets at such a high quality. Customer service was very friendly to help me. We called them and specifically got all size questions ironed out for my new custom jacket. The way customer service has handled this was with up most professionalism.
Update. We also receive a courtesy pricing and I'm very happy to say that when ordering in bulk they will help you with costs!

Huge fan of Luca jackets and all of their designs! The quality of both their real leather and vegan is incredible. I'm lucky to be the proud owner of one of their soldier 76 (Overwatch) jackets and couldn't be happier, the detailing and craftsmanship make it the pride of my collection. As a big nerd I love being able to rep my passions in a socially acceptable way.
The staff I have met at the conventions they have attended have always been very knowledgable, friendly and genuinely want you to walk away feeling amazing in one of their jackets. Luca himself is a highly competent and sincere person and you can always tell how much care and work goes into each and every design.
The Red hood leather jacket is stunning, everything Luca Designs has made has lead to be an iconic jacket in the pop culture community. I was lucky enough to get mine signed by Luca Giorgio himself.
