Just sent my 3rd kid to Lowest Price to get their permit. Overall, cost less than others and customer service is great. Love the coupon discount they give you on the registration page, too!
I agree with other reviewers. They advertise $5.94 for the basic course. After passing the exam, ready to pay, I went through multiple VERY CONFUSING pages that tried to upsell me extra services. I always checked the "FREE" option, but often it would somehow revert to an extra charge. I remember the final checkout page showing only $5.94, but I could be mistaken. My credit card showed a charge of $25.89. I called the school to find out why. To their credit, my call was answered quickly and politely. I was informed that the extra $19.95 was some sort of official Florida fee. The rep told me that that charge is specified at the beginning of the checkout on the first page, but I never saw it. Okay, so I guess it's a legitimate charge. I contacted my credit card company, saying I was overcharged by $19.95. They immediately refunded that amount.
The course itself and the test were full of meaningless statistics that nobody would memorize. They were from 2016. Some of these statistics appear on the final exam. Is this helpful in improving your driving?! Even though it is an "open book" exam, it is very difficult to switch back to various chapters to look up the answers. Not at all easy to navigate. I would not recommend this school, but others may be just as bad. Amazing that Fla. Highway Safety endorses this school! Between speed trap ensnarement and "approved" traffic schools, this is quite a racket for the state and for the schools. I am disgusted.
Very angry customer because this was certified by the United States, and I thought how nice. So I went with this one and it was too deceiving to navigate. First they say, oh we'll charge you $5 wahoo! But the final exam had something about a horse drawn carriage with tail lights and the distance between. A couple other random, and I mean random, questions forcing you to not pass the exam, therefore bait and switching me to pay $30 MORE ON TOP of the fact that they charge you a 'Florida State processing fee' of $20 THAT DOESN'T EXIST. Worst $5 I've EVER spent!
The amount of information thrown at you is massive. I had to keep on going back to the previous chapters to confirm my answers were correct. Not the best test I've ever taken.
Getting a speeding ticket is no fun. I was impressed by the information presented and did learn a lot, mainly USE CRUISE CONTROL! And DON'T SPEED. It's hard to love traffic school, but it was a good way to get the information presented without leaving home.
Very easy site to access and navigate. Course moves right along but you're not forced to rush anything. And the best thing is... I passed the final exam!
The site works good. But they're are too many attempts to sell me "options"! The fact that I had to pay an additional $29 to get a certificate by email when the test was done is ridiculous! NOT TO MENTION ITS BEEN 13 HOURS AND STILL NO CERTIFICATE! I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone!

They say it costs $5.95 but ends up costing $50 and they charge you $30 for a email? It's 2020 and you think it costs $30 to send a email? Lies all around.
They basically suck you in and make sure you only can complete registering after paying over 10 times what they initially advertised and if you fail, you keep getting charged to retake the test
Hidden cost not cool. I found it very unfair that after the fact I had to keep paying even though I didn't need some of the things it forced me to by to conclude my business

Disappointed with the 19.95 HIDDEN COST of "taxes"... I was expecting 5.95 or so, and then? These costs. I think is better to show what are these costs and show them in the beginning.

What a SCAM! This website is a waste of time and money! Save yourself a headache (and your money) and go with someone else! It is not the "lowest price traffic school" It is acutally 29.95 + another $19.99 if you want the certificate emailed to you. Otherwise it will be mailed and will be 15-30 days! The class is full of mind numbing statistics that you WILL be tested on later. The test might be open book, but good luck finding the answers in the sections. If you fail the test, you can take it again for another $25 bucks! If you take longer than an hour to complete the test, you run the risk of the page timing out and you have to start over with a whole new set of questions. TRUST ME go somewhere else... anywhere else! In the end that is what I did. It is not worth it! I ended up doing the improv traffic school it was cheaper, faster and you can take the test again for free if you need to. Also they email you your certificate for free in 30 minutes. 24hr customer service if you need it. You can do it on your computer or phone.

Really convenient but when you get to that hidden fee you could get really frustrated. What you do is refuse their discount offers till they offer to send it to you via email, free.
