Recently spent a couple of months on this site. Curiosity due to family history (half Russian) led me to wonder about Russian women. So after seeing multiple sites that charge exorbitant fees PER MESSAGE - I stumbled on this one. It's not cheap, about 40 dollars for gold - but it's a flat monthly fee. You can write unlimited amounts in that time, talk to whatever girls you want, and have no restrictions. This site is a mix of women looking for love and marriage, as well as some simply seeking friendship and language exchange. It clearly says on the profile what they want, and there's no mystery about it. And for all of them, they also have to mark whether their motivation is financial. If they say no, and you find that's untrue, report them and action is taken. This site has an amazing real versus fake ratio. In two months, and hundreds of contacts (both myself initiating, and women initiating) I only came across two profiles that were fake, and one that was an attempt at a financial scam. The rest were all legitimate, very real and down to earth people. Most - we didn't click, but just that small handful proved to be fake. Actually met a really amazing girl, and we ended up going on to meet in person, and are now proceeding forward after several trips to see each other.

They actively ban all profiles appearing to be fake, which will include you too. So be honest about where you're from (IP has to match), your given name on the site MUST match your payment information, honest on the IMBRA form, etc. They seem to actively care about and protect their members, both men and women. If you're afraid to make the first move, you can always "wink" and see if they wink back. You can also play the "match me" game, which is basically like Tinder. If you match, that means it's mutual, the girl "liked" you too. It's a pretty good icebreaker. There are also forums where problems are discussed, including members who abuse other members, or for tips/help.

All in all it's the best site of it's kind that I am aware of. But again, be honest whether you're a man or women. They actively ban people for anything resembling suspicious behavior. I've seen in the forums there that even something as simple as claiming you're from a city you don't actually live in can cause it. And certainly lying about your name, age, photos, motivations, etc. Also from what I saw in the forums - women (and men) can mark if they'd like to receive sexual messages or photos. If you send something that's not welcome, you'll be banned. So you really have to read each other's profiles. It's a good site, and safe as you can expect for the type of site it is. Safest for both parties that I'm aware of, anywhere.
