I assumed this was a legitimate business since it was featured on Good Morning America. I was wrong. I ordered a necklace personalized as a graduation present on 4/6/16. Today is 6/14/16, and I still have not received my order. This business took my money and did not ship my merchandise. I emailed the company via their website link several times, and never got a response. Do not order from this company, no matter how pretty the merchandise looks!

THIS VENDOR RIPS PEOPLE OFF! SHE TAKES THE MONEY FROM YOUR ORDER, WHETHER IT BE THROUGH GROUPON OR ON HER WEBSITE, BUT A MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE DO NOT EVER RECEIVE THEIR MERCHANDISE! IM WAITING 3 MONTHS NOW FOR MINE!! AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS I DONT THINK THAT I EVEN WANT IT NOW! IM GOING TO CONTACT THE MICHIGAN STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST AMANDA AND THIS COMPANY FOR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE WHO IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY TO DO THE SAME AND CLOSE HER DOWN SO SHE STOPS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND TAKING THEIR MONEY! SHE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND IF I WERE GOOD MORNING AMERICA I WOULDNT WANT MY NAME ASSOCIATED WITH HER ANYWHERE!!! IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD TO SEND AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE SHE DOESNT ASNWER THEM...IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD TO LEAVE HER A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE BECAUSE SHE DOESNT RETURN YOUR CALLS! SHE IS A SCAM ARTIST. SHE IS SETTING A VERY POOR EXAMPLE FOR HER CHILDREN

I fell in love with the beautiful pendants on line butitI was a disaster when I ordered.
First of all they did not arrive on time- I had ordered numerous as Christmas gifts.
The worst part was that the personalized names I had engraved on the silver pieces of jewelry were all in lower case letters. I had requested lower case but witht the first letter of each name be in upper case. I complained several times bu ti was clear they were going to do nothing for me. Such a shame it s lovely jewelry and I would have continued to order other pieces.
Also I had paid to have the jewlerry upgraded to silver since I am allergic to anything else. They did nothing to rectify the misprint so a few months later I put another charm on the necklace and wore it. Within hours I have a horrible burning rash around my neck. I had let the issue go but this re-ignited my anger so I complained again directly to the company as well as to Groupon who I had purchased vouchers from. Finally- more than 6 months later- groupon reimbursed me the full amount. I was satisfied but upset still I would have preferred these lovely pendants and chains in real silver.
