Please don't buy anything in Lounge Life. I recently purchased a sofa in Alexandria. The salesperson showed me the three-seat sofa on the computer, but we didn't discuss size. They should asked,but I never had problem with 3 seat. Ok if was my fault I was happy to pay the delivery $150 but 25% policy it's abusive
Unfortunately, the sofa didn't fit on my lift, and I now want a refund. However, they want to charge me a 25% cancellation fee + delivery and I didn't place a pre-order.
The sofa was available. So much stress. The costumer service was so much aggressive and keeping writing sending email saying I accepted to pay that abusive cancellation fee.
Just be careful everyone, they said they are doing favor to me, because that the might not refund 100% if they want.
