Purchased a pair of shoes and when they arrived they were clearly used, scuffed in areas, and haphazardly glued together. What a joke! Attempted to use their "contact us" information - five calls to the number all went to the recording "the google subscriber is not available", two emails were unanswered, and there "how to return" page listed a fake site that is not even on their web page. Do NOT order these! I was able to dispute it with PayPal sending in pictures and they resolved in my favors and gave me a refund.

When there is no actual way to contact customer service, there is no phone number, and the contact email is a gmail account, you're probably dealing with thieves. I can assure you that "Ernesto" who gave the first review does not look like the profile picture.

I absolutely love these shoes. I bought them for LouBoutinsSale. Honestly, they are one of the comfiest and cutest pair of heels I own. They are true to size - since they are open-toe, you foot slides forward a little but I my toe still didn't hang over the edge. The ankle strap is super comfy. There are 3 holes for the buckle. I have smaller ankles, so even on the tightest the strap was a little big for me. I got a lot of compliments on these, so they will probably become my go-to heels.

These are GREAT for my Louboutins! The long part that goes on the arch isn't as important to me as the rubber sole. Helps with traction when walking in any venue, I don't feel like I might slip from the leather on the floor. I have re-ordered from this seller several times and I recommend them to all of my girlfriends! They are easy to apply and replace.

These shoes are the best. I'm blessed! I wear a size 10 and due to my body weight has difficulty balancing in certain types of heels. This shoe from LouBoutinsSale is the best, it is comfortable, it fits well on my big feet ' and is true to size. These can be worn to parties, work wherever! I am happy with my purchase and will order more from this seller in the future.

I have these shoes in two different colors. The best part is that they can be dressy or worn with shorts or capris. Great price!

Initially I was hesitant to purchase because of the "thickness" of the material compared to it's competitor and I was unsure of how the color would match to CL's red bottoms. But I'm glad I bought these because they look amazing and have really helped save my Louboutin from an early death. It's not a true CL red, but it's fairly close... and with the naked eye you can't tell very much (especially when the soles of your shoes are kissing the floor anyways). Secondly, my cobbler did an amazing job at sanding down the sides to make sure they didn't appear too "thick" and disconnected from the shape of the shoe. And please - don't even attempt to put these own yourself. It cost me $15 to have a cobbler do it (MN rates). Overall, the product has allowed for me to enjoy my shoes and they're super grippy... so no spills on those dance floors. And I'm not talking about drinks.

Love these shoes. I purchased them in this color as well as in black patent. They are actually very comfortable, But then again I am wear heels often. I had ordered these before and never received them. I was soon sent another replacement pair. Very satisfied.
