This is totally a scam! Ordered my dress from here on April 14 of 2017 I've paid $143 for the dress and expedited shipping. Received it on May 15 opened it to check it out totally shocked! The dress look nothing like the pictures shown on their website, poor quality products for the price that I have to pay for. I emailed it them to see if I can get a return and refund they totally rejected me and keep saying like the dress look like the picture. This company is from China do not buy anything from them they will take your money and give you a piece of trash!

My mom sent me this website so I didn't even think to look at any reviews before ordering. Mistake. I ordered a custom dress & we even payed for rushed shipping. I then looked at all the reviews & quickly panicked. Luckily, my dress came the date said it just had cheaper beads & jewels than I imagined. The dress was a little big so we had to still get it adjusted, even though it was custom. I am overall happy with the outcome of my purchase but it was way overpriced, you can find much better dresses somewhere else for a better price.

Because we had awesome luck ordering from JJ's House the previous year, we purchased a dress from Lolipromdress. It is a debacle. The dress looks NOTHING like the online photos. The company claims the dress is perfect and will not refund my money. What a rip off! I had to take my daughter prom dress shopping and purchase another.

We ordered my daughters prom dress well in advance. I emailed at least twice a week they always emailed back that they promise it will be here. Well here it is the night before prom they will no longer reapond and no dress. I filed a complaint with PayPal they told me that if we do get the dress amd send it back shipping will be as much as the dress due to it being in China. My daughter is heart broken. Thank god we had a backup but not the one she planned on for her prom. So disapointing they can get away with this

I am always so skeptical about ordering anything online so when it came time for a prom dress i was really nervous. I read some reviews about lolipromdress and it was about 50/50. However, in the end i got my dress before i was originally expecting and it was absolutely gorgeous! The bead work was stunning and the dress itself was absolutely amazing. The skirt was very long, but once i went and got it shortened it fit me perfectly

Do not by from loli dress. This website is a total scam. I received my daughters dress which looked nothing like the picture. The material of the dress is so cheap and made extremely poorly. They will not refund you your money if you are not happy with your product. The company goes out of China and the dresses are very cheaply made. I repeat do not spend your money with lolidress. I wish I could report them so they can not scam others. I wish I could attach a photo so you can see yourself how poorly the product was that I received.

This company does horrible work. I received my dress and it looks nothing like the photo or the description. The fabric came as a cheap extra shiny curtain like fabric and is see through. The lining came as an extremely heavy polyester and is not hemmed evenly with the cheap sequin fabric. This company is refusing to refund my money because the dress was customized with my measurements, even though its not the right dress and the sequin is falling off. The dress looks like tin foil and plastic wrap. There are threads coming apart and the train does not circle the entire dress as pictured. Their only response both times I contacted them was We think the dress looks fine. Thus cheaply made item may meet their poor standards, but doesnt measure up to mine at all. My mother experienced similar problems and she didnt even receive the correct color. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered a dress, for me it fits and arrives fast. But here is my tip for you, get yourself correct size.

Consumers did not buy from this site. We ordered a prom dress, we paid extra for a rush shipping. When we received the dress it was cheap looking and torn at the seams, it looked nothing like the picture. I emailed them the condition of the dress, they ask that we send a picture of her in the dress, we sent the picture they replied that the dress looks really pretty on her, we should keep the dress. I replied that we did not want the dress, they haven't replied since. This is a SCAM $200.00 FLUSHED DOWN THE DRAIN. I REPEAT DONOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Bought 3 dresses & none of them fit, I have been dealing with this company for few months now & still no future to get my refund... As I been reading all reviews here its same thing in my case, I email them & took a very long time to response then they give you all the run around, first they ask you to take picture then a response telling me to go to a professional tailor to have re-measure but I refused to do which is insane, another email came through they want to see picture of my measurement as they stated that if my measurement is right they will give me a full refund,... then another response from them saying SORRY YOU GOT THE RIGHT SIZE YOU SPECIFIED WE DONT DO REFUND! THEY MANIPULATE THE WHOLE THING, I responded them as you people are LIARSSSS... I paid 284.00 for the dresses that dont fit me, I am very happy to see what is written here, WAY TO GO... BURM THEM DOWN... DAMM SCAMMERS i HOPE BUSINESS BEAUREU WILL SHUT THEM DOWM!

Please, don't buy anything from this company.
The work is shabby and cheap and very poorly made. They almost ruined my daughter's prom.
1. Dress was over a week late
2. Hem was lopsided
3. The arms sleeves were about 3 sizes too small (not the size I gave them)!
4. All the apliques on the skirt of the dress looked like it was sewn on by a 3 year old!
Instead of fixing the problem they will continue to email you with stupid responses and deflect blame.
I bought a $170 dress and had to pay a local alteration company AN ADDITIONAL $138 to fix all the tailoring mistakes made by Lolipromdress.com.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
You will run the risk of loosing your hard earn money to these scam artists!
For making me waste my time and spend over $130 to fix THEIR MISTAKES...
They had the audacity to offer me a $30 refund and a "discount" on future orders. As if I would ever order from this treacherous, trifling, scaming, money hungry company!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
