I decided to enhance my existing webpage and contacted LOGOINN for assistance. I was promised a website that build on my current and sold on pages that I did not want or need. I received a logo that was nothing special and an incomplete web page with many pages in another language. I sent examples and pictures that were to be incorporated into the site but LOGOINN did nothing with them. I decided to do the web page enhancements myself and wasted my $800. I would not recommend that company to anyone.

For all new startups they give best and unique designs in very affordable prices. They also give their professionals reviews and also redesign it if some one wants. Fully recommended, best Custom designs providers in USA

I have been working with Logo Inn for many years and in the past they have been very responsive to my needs and requests. But most recently had an issue with some work I was going to have them do on one of my website and sent them 240 dollars but cancelled the work to be done and they were to refund my money, I have trying to find out where that refund went for last four months as it did not go to my account. They just tell me there is nothing they can do about it, so long of the short they took my money. I would not do business with this company!

Their logos seem professionally made, but prepare yourself if you are in a hurry to have revisions returned to you. They can take a long time! The company is from India and so phone support is terrible. You have to send an email and they seem to take several days to respond to email support issues. Very disappointed!

After i confronted them via email today on why their help and support line for New Zealand is connected to another business not related to them at all in which they avoided answering that question. I see they have quickly changed the number. Fortunately i took photos as proof! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They refuse a full refund. They breached the fair trading act and the consumers guarentees act. Very dishonorable.

I had my logo design created months ago and during that process everyone was so accommodating! I changed my mind a million times on the design, however logo Inn were very patient from beginning to end!
Recently I wanted my logo design changed slightly in colour and I needed this done urgently, John Williams assisted me and was AMAZING with his help, he had this done for me immediately, he was
Also very Prompt with his response to my emails!
He listened to everything I needed and in one design draft I was happy!

Absolutely horrible. Let me state that this company did not give me the proper service that they promised me. I was never briefed and was confused as such since they just gave me logos without discussing it with me. They sent me clip art and logos that would have never fit my desires. I treated the first set as a brief and attempted to describe what I wanted because no one reached out. I also sent in examples of logos I did like. They stole te designs from the example logos and tried to sell it to me. To top everything off, I was promised a refund and yet they refund to keep their word. It's unfortunate as their website says their work is 100% original but they plagiarized multiple logos. DO NOT USE.

Very bad experience probably the worst company I ever had to hire to design a logo for me. Bad quality of work, unskilled and non talented designers without any creativity and motivation to deliver results. They also ignore your notes/briefs. You ask them what you want done with instructions, sketches and examples and they do something completely different to what you ask them to do which doesn't take more than 5 minutes to do. They didn't put any time and effort on your project. The results are disappointing. It is a total waste of money and time. They offer cheap packages but also deliver cheap quality of work at the same time. At the end your job is incomplete. To add insult to the injury, when I requested my final files, they asked me if I wanted to pay extra to keep the files from being shared with other projects they have. Really? Lessons learned. I paid this company to design my logo and then I had to pay again another company to redesign my logo from scratch thanks to the these guys failure to deliver work as promised. I don't recommend this company. Never again.

Terrible after sales support from Logoinn.

We paid them nearly $2,000 to build our online stores and it has been nothing but trouble.

The online store will tell us we made a sale but not show us any of the customers details or orders so we do not know where to send the products out to.

Website is constantly crashing due to their slow web hosting.

We are also being charged a monthly admin fee we were never told at the start.

Very angry with Logoinn.com and would never use them again.

Just posting up my logoinn review on how bad their support wait time was.

We have a website built with them and noticed the website was having load issues, so we had sent Logoinn.com an email asking them to look into the issue, we received no response, over the next 7 days we had sent a further 3 more emails and finally received an email mentioning that they will look into the issue, waited a further 5 days with no website and decided to cancel with them and just get a word press website built.

The support provided by Logoinn is next to nothing and would not recommend them to anyone as you will have nothing but problems.

I enquired about a website build with Logoinn and they provided example websites that looked nice, I contacted the businesses just to ask how their experience with Logoinn was and all of them mentioned
That they have never heard of Logoinn and had another web design company build their website.

So it seems that Logoinn just found some nice looking websites online and used them as their own examples claiming they built those websites.

Absolute rubbish business to deal with and I am sure that most of their positive reviews are just fake reviews posted by them to make themselves look better.
