I booked my scooty transport from surat to varanasi from logisticguru at 2700 and they confirmed no extra charge will be applicable and it happens they will refund all the amount but after pickup of scooty from surat they were demanding extra charges and when i asked they said what is the proof, and started taking abusive ( suno tum apni kabada le ke jaao, tumhare naukar nai hai, meri company hai mere rules rahege, some bad words too which i wont write). So i asked them to tell me the location of my scooty and pics so i can pick it up but they said pay 1500 cancellation charges and then they will tell the location. There was no where written the cancellation amount so they can charge what they want.
I would beg you not to go with logisticguru as they are totally fraud they wont peovide invoice, insurance.

Logistic guru members are basterd they demanded ******* for car transport from Guwahati to Chennai. But they billed *******. Moreover they are not even talking. Car found in damaged condition. They are bastered. Once again bastered.

First of all it is FAKE & FRAUD company! They don't have any network for transport and they hand over our bike to another 3rd party company. I shifted my bike from Kanpur to Bangalore. They picked it and just parked it somewhere for 15 days and they told me that my bike had already reached to Bangalore and just taking some time to deliver me. TOTALLY LIE! After 15 days I got message from RIVIGO company that my bike just picked up! Once I received my bike it was damage and totally dirty and also they drove it more than 200 KMS from my home. It took 3 litres petrol to start and air pressure was 50 psi in both tyres which means they parked it in open space for those 15 days!
They also didn't reply me after 10 days of pick up and even blocked my number too... such PATHETIC SERVICE! SO GUYS DON'T & NEVER GO FOR THIS COMPANY!

If you book any vehicle through this fraud company, be ready for sleepless nights. Stay away. They are just money suckers.
