It is to inform all users, ever rely on this company. They are group of thieves who took the goods and raise invoice with false intimation.
It was my luck, they return the goods but they collected logistic payment of more than *******/-. So far refund of payment is pending from last 20 days.

When I try to check their physical office it isn't present. Completely fraud organization.
Cheap price trap to steal people's product.
Filing an complain on the company for fraud and abusive behavior.

Before you decide to give your vehicle to them, know that its a fraud company. They first took my bike and told me that it will be delivered in 3 days. After 3 days I called them and they told me that due to shipment issues the cargo is being delayed. They did this for a total of 25 days until I finally decided to file a police complaint. Then gave back the bike with parts removed. Unfortunately you will never get to see the face of the main guy otherwise I would have beat the living $#*! out of him.

Stupid company, stupid staff, give them business at the risk of your money and peace of Mind. I'm giving 1 star because there is no option for negative marking. Avoid them is the best thing a good customer can do

Sales guy contacted me and mentioned around 3000 charges including everything and mentioned I have to pay on delivery day.

They picked activa and kept there for 2 days and asked me to pay 3000. After i paid that amount without any bill. After 4 days they created bill and amount was around 8000 and they asked me to pay remaining amount. After I paid that also I came to know still it is in same city from past 8 days.

Now they blocked my number so I can't contact them and I won't have any options other than wait.

They will charge maximum money and will not deliver your goods on time. Their salesmen will commit low prices and fastest delivery time and will not fulfill any of it. Most horrible logistics company!
They are not even a company. They are fraudsters cheating and looting people.
No Accountability! No Responsibility!

For transport bike we final amount with 2500 and after 8 days they told me if we not pay 8500 first then we can't deliver your bike.

I have used this service to transport my bike from Vadodara to pune. These fellows picked up my bike and raised cotation from 2500 to 6000. Neither they were agree to release bike too. Such an fraud people. 0% reliability.

I was booked my bike and cooler from ahmedabad to prayagraaj on 14th March and immediately transfer amount 3400 Rs. As per given invoice after follow up on 22nd he is generated new bill of ******* Rs. On midnight 1:00 am for given payment and we were trying to check where was material so at last I was given all contact for taking these number on surveillance then one person who was in ahmedabad now said that your material is in godown so pls pick this material. I request to all this is total fraud and address given in bill is fake. Don't trust anyone this is total fraudulent.

They will first tell you that charges are 3500. They are saying that they will send photos of bike packing by showing fake photos of others. The real game start once the bike will be picked up. They took 9000rs from me for ahmedabad to bangalore. They promised to do it for 3500 only. Even they didn't deliver to my doorstep. I picked up my bike from transport office. They said that they will refund me drop charges. When I called Mr. Vikas, he started speaking abusive language and never got refund. Never fall in trap of this fake service provider. Service is just a joke. They are not logistic guru. They are logistic fraud guru.

I have very bad experienced with LogisticGuru. One of worst service in this sector.
They will never take your call. Products will be delivered in damaged condition even after paying high charges.
Nobody is there to listen to you.

Better go with some other reliable source.

Police Complaint lodged against Vikas and Pulkit in Noida PS. Matter was raised to CP and DM of Noida. Beware of these bunch of cheaters and fraud. They run fake website and profile for looting. They donot own any company. Just an agent of truck operators.

I booked them to take my scooty from vadodara to Lucknow and they told 1 week. Smartly they charged more than what they initially told and i received my scooty after 1 month after rigourous follow up, calls, sms. Very very poor services never book them. Patels movers and packers are really good they transported my luggage in less than a week charging nominal.These are worst no services, no communication, worst people NEVER BOOK THEM

Logistic guru (VIkash) is totally fraud company, has not any office at mentioned address. They contact you, if you put online inquire on google for vehicle transfer and give you very attractive offer of service like door to door transfer with online tracking and minimum time with giving fix amount quotation like 2500-3000 etc. After they send some local transporter (who also connected with them) for pickup vehicle. But after they got the vehicle in his hand, after some days they talk to you vehicle is arrived at destination and demand more money ( 2-3 times or more than initially quotation). And without advance money payment they deny to handover your vehicle. They use abuse language also for develop pressure on you.
So don't trust them and don't use this service. I got my vehicle after 18 days after support of Police. I advise you if you are victim of this fraud company, contact to police/cyber police and file a complaint otherwise you loose your vehicle and money both. You get the slip-less nights.

This company is fraud. They have no tracking system, no one pickup the calls for services. No on time delivery. Worst company done make any service with them!

Once they get your vehicle, they don't send you any pictures or updates.
They charged hidden fees which are 300% more than what you've been told.
They use ABUSIVE Words.
The guy (named VIKAS) told me M*D*RCH*D, Teri M*a Ch*d D*ng*, while I was very patient and respective over call.
I got the vehicle after 28 days, however, they promised the delivery in 2-3 days.

2)mene pick up or drop dono service ka charger diya tha, but drop services nhi di.
Muje unke warehouse se pickup karna pada,. Mere khud ke charger pe. 50Km dur.
3)staff very unprofessional and galiya bhi deta hai
