Hate it
September 29, 2023

The lectures are so annoying you get it right congrats you earned a five-hour lecture you get it wrong you get an even longer lecture which is super annoying when your school requires you to complete a certain amount of lessons a week also its super boring maybe if you made the lessons like games kids would want to do it

Bad things
March 8, 2022

Sometimes the lessons are excessively long. You do about 9 lessons before u do the test its ridiculous. It takes about an hr to finish the first part of the lesson of doing the same thing over and over and i thinks its completely necessary and excessive. Do better

Master of torture
September 19, 2023

Bro this thing sucks bro. If I wanted to give this website a zero star, I would give it a negative instead. I'm a 7th grader at Pine crest Saint Rose and this website has been the most miserable website I can possibly use. It is saying an answer is wrong, and then giving me the answer that I put in saying "it is correct" This website is trash never use it. If you want a mental breakdown, please use this website, otherwise stay farther than the sun is from Earth from this website.

BAD
May 15, 2023

So im working on an Iready math lesson right now, and its killing me. They have some fun math games, but the diagnostics are horrible. In the lessons, you can't skip the little animations that they make, and you can't skip the annoying dialouge. I would not get it if i were you.

Iready is terrible
April 5, 2023

Iready made me braindead because of the fact that watching paint dry is more fun than doing iready. If you are forced to do iready you should almost always find some kind of hack to save you from becoming bored to death.

Literally garbage
November 9, 2022

I hate this $hiT app so much it literally gives me so much stress. The lessons take soo long and when you get like one wrong you are forced to do it all over again. The teachers act like nothing is wrong and forces us to do more. Im in 6th grade, very smart student, but it literally dehumanizing me. Every week we must do this "tool" which is nothing but unhelpful to other kids too. All of us hate iready and believe its stupid.

Horrible
October 17, 2022

This site is incredibly boring and a lot of people hate it and most of the time it dose not help this site teaches boring concepts that dose not hook the child and dose not help the child learn but makes them hate and resent math and other learning skills more than they already did the concepts may try to help you learn but the children do not like the fact that they have to be forced to do another that the do not like and may hate having to use math in the future along with very long questions

Its so slow!
April 6, 2021

I ready is so slow and I can't stress this enough they read so slow and every time you get a wrong answer they go twice as slow then they already did, and sometimes if you get a correct answer they still make it as if you didn't get it correct they also waste time when they do a cut to go to the next lesson, I do not recommend this app for new learners or students.

It doesn't encourage real-world application of math. There are very few word problems, so it doesn't prepare students for real life, or allow them to connect to the math. The problems and slides flow together without much structure or compartmentalization, so it is confusing for the students.

It only teaches one way, it has no subtitles and no other way to teach students, the questions on assignments are not always accurate and are often incorrect when it could be an opinionated question, the iready then tries to tell you why the student got it wrong, it may take several minutes, it is a waste of time and prevents students from learning. Iready is supposed to put the student at their level, but I have not seen that, you need Iready to be engaging.

The math lessons are too hard and it takes so long this is $#*! and nobody likes it because it is not helpful like why is this thing a real thing I would give it a zero star but that is not possible. I assist in a 3rd grade public school classroom. The students are subjected to 15 minutes of reading and 15 minutes of math iReady. The students are BORED to tears. Literally. It should only be used as an occasional supplement with specific lessons, if it's used at all. Pure twaddle.

This website makes me wanna rip my hair out. I want to kill the CEO, burn the building, delete this website, burn the faculty, burn all the books, etc. i hate that schools make kids do 5 lessons a week. However, the school i go to MAKES US STUDENTS DO 2 LESSONS WITH A PASSING RATE OF 75% OR ABOVE. Total BS. Whoever thought that this website was a good idea needs to burn in hell *ahem* boat heaven. I will show up to the burning with a metal blade and a bucket of liquid nitrogen and pour it on the creator. Use the blade to slice them. Then dispose the body. Did i mention how bad of a website this is? We already suffer so whoever made it must enjoy kids crying over math and english. Conclusion: burn this website.

I hate it
April 5, 2023

I ready does not help you at all. The lessons are really long and they don't even grade you the correct grade when you get is right. Sometimes when you get one question wrong it grades you a 50 percent. I ready diagnostics it only grades you what you get wrong it doesn't grade you what you get right at all and the lessons and I already are really long they take 10 minutes just to finish and the quiz when you get one question right it the grade you a 50% sometimes.

Looks like all schools in my area is using this program. One thing I cannot stand is when your child is using the online program and they complete a section, if they do not do so good in the section you cannot go back to that section to see what answers they got wrong, what problems they got wrong in order to assist them. What is the point of this program if you can't go back and review. It literally spits out a grade and that's it. You need to hire better ui/ux designers and software engineers to better your program and actually help the children. I honestly see why more and more families are homeschooling their children. I will be doing the same for my children. This is ridiculous.

BAD BAD
May 18, 2020

This website is my #1 most hated website EVER. I can't even explain how much I hate it Worse than Pearson Realize. If you fail the lesson, you have to redo the WHOLE ENTIRE THING. If a lesson takes 30 minutes and you fail, have fun spending 1 hour on a crap poorly animated lesson you don't care about. You're lucky to spend only 15 minutes per lesson.

And there are no such things as Checkpoints either. If you fail on certain lessons, you have to go through the very annoying process of listening to the characters from the beginning that you already know the information from. There is no skip button to go to the quiz, you're just forced to listen to them talk about some nonsense.

NO.
May 24, 2023

I wish I could give it a zero. I-Ready is terrible. I haven't learned anything and the lessons are long and agonizing. Even if it's a lesson I'm familiar with, it keeps talking and talking and talking. There should be a skip button but even if there was it wouldn't make it any better. It's so boring and the diagnostics are filled with problems that I haven't even learned yet or not my grade level. The lessons don't prepare me for real life problems and don't help me connect. I hate i-Ready and you should too. Vote today.
