Loews Corporate you need to read this...
November 28, 2022

Well let me start off by saying that I used to work for Loews Hotels@ The Kitchen Restaurant and I left the company due to issues was beyond my control. My mother had a stroke and my father developed Cancer.

I have since applied to Loews Hotels again and I have been getting the run around where it's the point I feel I am being profiled and singled out. Jennifer (Dani) Martinez called to schedule an interview finally after 3-4 times applying for the same position that keeps getting reposted almost weekly. On the phone call she was adamant that she was not gong to consider me as I told her that the weekends I do have off is times I spend with my mother who is partially paralyzed due to a stroke. I do realize that going back into hospitality I would have to compromise to work (some) weekends possibly but the way she spun it on the phone call was it's a demanding time and etc. I found it in a way discrimination as she would not want to hire me due to the fact I help take care of my mother but I sent an email and declined the interview for the reason is I don't think she would have hired me in the first place per our conversation.

I have numerous times written Nell Farnsworth head of HR at Loews Hotels and she rudely ignores my email's and does not even correspond to try to rectify the situation that every time I now apply for Loews I get a Dear John automated letter from the company. I have excellent job ethic and work hard at everything I do I have been with multiple companies though my journey and have held long strong rapports with them and longevity. I feel I have been profiled and singled out and not giving a chance with Loews Hotels and I have numerous as stated above asked this to be looked into and find out the problem/s as I have an positive rehire status and many years of customer service.

So really the person/s involved in this would be Jennifer Dani Martinez from Hard Rock Hotel, and Nell Farnsworth HR of Loews as I didn't want to leave this review but now days these companies let a computer dictate if you would be a good employee or not which is extremely ridiculous you have to have faith, and when you don't give chances to others like you were once given you end up in the long run ruining self esteem, and end up losing good faithful employees.

I hope Loews Hotels Corporate sees this and finds out what the issues are because companies doing these to people is getting out of hand yet they go crying no one wants to work, well the problem could be relying in the company themselves young Jedi.
