Locksmith Keyless

Needed a replacement keyless remote and they had it in stock at a decent price. It was shipped out very quickly and arrived on time. I used my Autel to set it up and it works great.

I don't recommend doing business with this company. If you make a mistake on order you have to eat it. They don't do refunds.

I purchased an autel scan tool The salesman told me that it will work for the one that I wanted they had it then he called me back and said they discontinued that one The one that he sold me he said that it would work after I purchased it a month later I found out that I could not use that one it will not scan my car it only scan trucks I call back and talk to a salesperson he told me to talk to a technician I talked with the technician and they told me they could not do anything about it I called the salesman back and the salesman said he had to talk with his supervisor and that they would call me back I tried to tell them if they had a software that they could give me I would appreciate that if not could I get the right scan tool they told me he could not refund it it doesn't matter about the refund I just want one that will work I spent a lot of money on a purchase that I cannot use he told me I have to email the boss I asked for the phone number and they did not give it to me All I want is a tool that will work or at least My money back I will pay for the shipping and handling if that's possible but I just want the right tool that will work for my vehicle That's all I ask they have not returned my phone call now in 2 weeks I just wish that someone would help me with better experience My review locksmith keyless is not a good review The service is not professional I'm sorry to say that but if you buy a part that would not work and you spend a lot of money on it I'm quite sure you would want your money back also

Ordered a scan tool and paid extra for next day air. This was a Thursday. Called Friday with no updates. Called again Monday and was told it had been ordered and shipped but the vendor hasn't provided shipping. Checked in again Tuesday with the same answer, ordered and shipped and after finally getting a manager found out it hasn't been ordered nor shipped. It was finally shipped via ground that day.
