We bought a video talking head for our web site last year for what we thought was a one-off fee, paid by AMEX. Later in the year, we started getting a lot of random billings on the AMEX card. Following investigation by AMEX we wrote livefaceonweb an email asking them not to bill us anymore and AMEX reversed all but $500 of the random billings. It seems livefaceonweb reckons we owe them this part but it's a mystery to us. Many emails later, we're still $500 out of pocket. I wouldn't recommend this service.
We used this system. We paid the money and they made our video after 9 days. When we make a call or emailed them they didnt answer. Then we found sunumax.com we finised our video very fast.
