“Hidden contracts”

36 month contract that can only be ended with a buyout. Archaic app interface. Poor customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Recommend avoiding this company. There are home security companies that are affordable, easy to install, and have better or comparable tech for much less money and no hidden contracts.
