I recently participated in Lingoda's Sprint program, completing all the required classes with full commitment. However, I encountered a serious issue regarding the promised reward. According to Lingoda's terms, the Sprint program is only available to new customers who do not have an active subscription. However, this critical condition was not clearly communicated during the sign-up or payment process, and it was buried in the second page of the Sprint rules. There was no visible warning or information about this disqualifying condition when I registered or paid for the program. Had I been aware of this condition beforehand, I would not have enrolled. Instead, I paid twice the amount for the regular program and was not informed about whether I would be eligible for the reward. After successfully completing all the classes, I was denied the reward due to this hidden condition, which was incredibly disappointing and misleading. After several email exchanges, Lingoda acknowledged the lack of transparency in their communication and admitted the issue regarding unclear terms. However, despite acknowledging their mistake, they refused to grant the promised reward or refund the additional payment I made. If the Sprint program was truly intended only for "new customers," the system should have prevented me from registering in the first place. Allowing me to register, accept my payment, and then denying the reward based on an obscure rule is misleading and deeply erodes trust. I strongly advise caution when using Lingoda's services, as their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve issues is concerning.
For the fifth time in a week I get the 403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. If I can't load the website to sign up, I imagine now how it goes after the purchase and why there are so many bad reviews.
NO CLEAR RULES FOR THE SPRINT, THEY WILL ALWAYS FIND A ESCUSE WITH NO SENSE TO NOT GIVE YOU BACK THE MONEY, ALSO SOME PROFESSORS ARE REALLY NOT GOOD, DO NOT USE LINGODA
