Should've read the reviews before purchasing these items. Not only have our swimsuits failed to arrive, but they company has not responded to my emails. I'm very disappointed and was really excited to receive these but in the end, it's a total scam. Do not buy from this website. Please go waste your money on something productive, like an ice cream cone.

I really love my new bikini, i have nothing bad to say about it, its good quality and fits great, but the delivery service wasnt so good, it was a little later than expected, other than that i can highly recommend the swimwear.

I foolishly ordered 4 bathing suits and only received one I actually ordered. The other three suits were random cuts, prints, and colors. Not even close to what I ordered. I have emailed them three times to return all 4 items with no response. Total scam! Terrible customer service. Terrible quality on the random suits they sent me.

Very angry and frustrated. Spent $50 on swimsuits for my honeymoon and not only have I not received them a month after ordering them but now can't get ahold of the store to cancel my order and receive a refund. I've reached out 5 times with NO response. This store is a total scam! This is a big reason why it's so hard to support small business. I actively seek out small business especially given the times we're living in. Shame.

Ordered a swimsuit from Lilyswims.com. The swimsuit was too small and didn't fit well. The website says to email them for return authorization. After much back and forth, they will not send me an authorization and offered a 20% refund. This is a total scam. They take your money and if the item doesn't work out, you are stuck with it. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The swimsuit I purchased could not be returned past five days from the purchase date, per their return policy, though the shipping was 10-20 days. I requested a refund within 5 days with no reply. After that email, the suit moved from one facility to another across seas. Next, 4 weeks later I still had not received the suit and it had not moved a single time. Obviously, the chance at a refund was long gone and the 10-20 day shipping was wildly incorrect. Yet again, with no reply, the suit moved, though it had been a month and a half. When it came to me, it was the suit I had ordered, but the dye was stained where it should have been white and the padding was dented. Additionally, the gems are out of line and much tighter than the rest of the swimming suit. I think that had I not kept track of my package carefully and sent those emails I never would have gotten it. This site is not safe to order from and I do not recommend it.

Bought the one piece, love it but very short in the body length. I am normally a medium. It fits but snug... more to do with short in body length... next time I would order a large.

I order a Tankini bathing suit over 2 months ago did not recive it. Tried contacting them on numerous occasions with NO response. I finally got a package today in the mail it was not even close to what I ordered it was two different parts from two different bathing suits ridiculous. Buyers Please Beware...

I ordered the Maddie bikini about a month ago. I received an order confirmation email but never heard anything else. I've emailed them on multiple occasions end no response it's a scam

I want to like this website... everything is always out of stock, and when it finally is in stock and you are able to order, the sizing is off and whatever you've waited weeks/months to order doesn't even fit. The return policy is trash, its expensive to return and they only give you 21 days. Its over all a recipe for aggravation. Dont waste your time.

I thought I was supporting a small business. Should have done my research first. Was surprised to see it shipping from China as I thought it was a US based small business, which they (intentionally) make it seem like it is. Then it took two months to get my item, and when I do it's the wrong item. I've emailed them four times per their return policy. Nothing. No way to get a hold of them or return. Total scam all around. They should be shut down with as many negative reviews as there are.

Ordered bikini. Never arrived. They will not respond to emails. Sounds like they have a habit of taking money and not sending out the product ordered. Good on them. I bet it's nice to take advantage of people and steal. Very upset about never receiving the bikini I ordered and more upset about the money I will never see again. At least I did not spend more with them.

I ordered a bikini and they sent me the completely wrong one. It is bad quality and looks absolutely horrible, I wouldn't wear it if you paid me. Now they will not respond to any of my emails. Do not spend your hard earned money here, they will scam you.

THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT BUT HOW CAN YOU USE IT WITH NO ACCOUNT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY EVENTUALLY OFFERED CREDIT BACK TO MY CARD UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEMS. JUST NOTIFIED THAT FED EX SAID THE BUILDING IS ABANDONED. REPORTING TO ATTORNEY GENERAL

I have sent multiple emails with no response. They have no other way to contact except this email. Its been over 7weeks and still no order. No facebook page, no customer service number... no one to contact! They just stole my money.

Save yourself the disappointment time and money,,, DONT give your money to this company. I ordered a really cool looking cozzie and have received one that does resemble what I ordered in any way... I had to tick one star to submit review,,, but its not even worth that

I ordered a dress over 100.00.
When it arrived it was cheap material and too, too small. I returned to be told I cannot get a refund...only a gift card...now I am stuck with a gift card I will never use as clothes are normally out of stock or not my size...this company is RIP OFF..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE! They will send you WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE! I bought 2 swimsuits and they sent 2 completely different model, stile, color of swimsuits. No one answers to my emails.

This is a follow up to a previous review and I do this to inform the public to ensure their safety. I have successfully received my full refund from my credit card company. Lillyskloset is a company that functions on deceit. They claim to use a size chart that appears to be universal, but their size chart is not TTS. This make shopping difficult because you are never guaranteed that the clothes will fit. It is for this reason that I won my dispute. An employee stated that their clothes are TTS FOR MOST and PayPal gave me my money back, but there was an issue on the return with another order because they sabotaged the return to keep my money. They don't do returns because your money keeps their store open. If they refunded all their customers for their purchases, they may be closed. I was lucky that I screenshot the communication from the employee that their clothes are TTS "for most" and received a full refund. Their error in telling the truth allowed me to get my money back but I had to fight for it because they recalled the email upon learning of how I got the first refund. Please be careful in doing business with lillyskloset as they have proven not to be honest with their customers regarding their merchandise. Keep records and screenshot communications for your protection. It is unfortunate that some BOB aren't ready so you be ready in case you have to fight for justice. I will never buy from them and I see why they weren't accepted into the fashion industry. They just aren't ready to me. You never know if what you buy will fit and if it doesn't fit, you will be disappointed and screwed financially because their policies doesn't have the consumer's interest at heart. It's about them and for them. I'm deeply disappointed in how they do business! Buyer beware and be careful!

I ordered 2 bathing suits in a size small which is my typical size and received 2 bathing suits that could fit my 6 year old. Lol. The quality seemed good and I really liked them but couldnt get them over my leg. After emailing the company multiple times just wanting to exchange, I never got any response. There is no phone number at all and no other way to get in touch other than gmail. Chalking it up as a loss and I will never buy from them again.
