What a pain

BRENDA WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS!
It was critical that I needed 3000K T8 LED 48" bulbs for fixtures without ballast. The bulbs shipped were 5000K and I was told the original bulbs (I was advised by phone did met the two requirements) were actually bulbs requiring a ballast. So, I got the incorrect advice on which to order, which is a mute point since 5000K bulbs were shipped.

Shopping took longer than what it was suppose to even think 2 days shipping was paid for. The customer service rep was no help at all

Unfortunately what I had ordered was not what I needed, I ordered the wrong sizes. But, if I had to order again I would definitely order with Lighting Supply.
