Overall all the deliveries have been good. I do need to return some of the last order (my mistake the bulbs don't fit) so I'll find out how good that goes...

Ordered globes to update a kitchen hanging light - everything now looks great! Order was very well packaged with prompt delivery. Very satisfied with complete process.

The description for the main product I needed is wrong. Item #C1-79 magnetic CFL ballast for 1 f8t5 or 5w-9w cfl lamp $7.30 ea. The actual product has stamped on it for 1 6,7,8 or 9 straight tube only. This is smaller than our original. I am still needing one for 1 5w cfl 2 pin lamp.

In an article in Mechanics Illustrated, an E-17 LED warm white bulb was recommended. I didn't find this exact item but what I ordered should work just as well, maybe better. Thanks!

Speed at checkout was very slow
I cannot answer how satisfied I am with the product; I cannot rate a product that is supposed to last years (LED lights, for instance) until those years have passed, after all.

We were very pleased with our light bulb order. The bulbs we need for an old lamp post takes 24 volt and not available locally in any lighting store, so we were glad the ones we ordered worked.

UPS service was poor; but, that is not the fault of Lighting Supply. We are assuming the products will work properly but we have not had a chance to try them out as yet.

After searching all available suppliers and several on line sites, I found the replacement circline bulb with just a couple of tries. Thank you - Happy wife, happy life!

Couldn't make a deal with the lady on chat for a few discontinued bulbs that were 1.79 if 30 purchased but only 28 in stock so I was told had to pay the 1.99 price..

Just did it. Rating overall experience right after the initial order is non-productive, don't you think? Unless you were only wanting website user interface imput.

Passwords easy to misplace... can you make a check in as a guest for those of us who are password challenged?
Also I called the number and was disconnected?
