I have to order a certain kind of lightbulb for my bathrooms and Lighting supply is the only place I can find them. I think it's expensive, however, to pay over $5.00 per bulb.

Not one light was damaged or broken for our shipment of 250 bulbs. Just put in another order of 250 this morning to brighten up our shop and keep the guys on the floor safe. Great Job Everybody!

I marked customer service at 4 because I have to return some of the order. 12/18 called customer service, they werer to emaial me a RM and I have not received the email with RM yet.
On buy again, we seldom order larger number of bulbs at a time. Don't think I would go this route when purchaseing a few bulbs at a time. Good when ordering larger number of bulbs.

Protective Packaging was not sufficient...

Protective Packaging was not sufficient...two of the 10 boxes with halogen bulbs in them were crushed...bulbs seem ok, but will not know until I need them.

Website did not want to process using IE browser, switched to Firefox. But it kept reading the Bill to address as the Ship to address and kept giving me an error about "cannot ship to PO Box" despite the form being filled out correctly...

I worked with Rose and Christine to find the rare bulbs that I needed. They were great. However, when I received the order, it was not correct. I ordered by bulb TE******* with a rounded top. Page to enter information for purchasing does not have fields labeled so you know what needs to be entered. We are tax exempt, no choice for hospital in drop down so I was charged sales tax.

It was easy. Only down side to this order is that one box of the lightbulbs were delivered broken. However calling customer service immediately resolved the issue which is great service!
