I linked this hard to find product on a website for lighting enthusiasts. It is likely you will be filling a fairly large number of these orders, I would perhaps buy a few extras.

I have to order a certain kind of lightbulb for my bathrooms and Lighting supply is the only place I can find them. I think it's expensive, however, to pay over $5.00 per bulb.

You have made shopping tor lighting supplies easy and service is excellent. Ordering online and having the product delivered to your door saves time and money. I have never had a damaged shipment.

Getting to the shopping cart and check out screen is quite slow popping up -- I did not have this trouble last week when I ordered from this website. Maybe it is a particularly busy time of the day!

Not one light was damaged or broken for our shipment of 250 bulbs. Just put in another order of 250 this morning to brighten up our shop and keep the guys on the floor safe. Great Job Everybody!

I marked customer service at 4 because I have to return some of the order. 12/18 called customer service, they werer to emaial me a RM and I have not received the email with RM yet.
On buy again, we seldom order larger number of bulbs at a time. Don't think I would go this route when purchaseing a few bulbs at a time. Good when ordering larger number of bulbs.

My recent chat with Rose was a great plus, as she helped me to confirm the halogen bulbs I needed to replace in my track lighting, where the type information had faded.

Protective Packaging was not sufficient...two of the 10 boxes with halogen bulbs in them were crushed...bulbs seem ok, but will not know until I need them.

1st time buyer--looking for an unusual lightbulb for a floor lamp. It was well priced compared with other offers and arrived quickly with excellent protective packaging.

Website did not want to process using IE browser, switched to Firefox. But it kept reading the Bill to address as the Ship to address and kept giving me an error about "cannot ship to PO Box" despite the form being filled out correctly...

I worked with Rose and Christine to find the rare bulbs that I needed. They were great. However, when I received the order, it was not correct. I ordered by bulb TE******* with a rounded top. Page to enter information for purchasing does not have fields labeled so you know what needs to be entered. We are tax exempt, no choice for hospital in drop down so I was charged sales tax.

Everything about my shopping experience was quick and easy. I liked that when i returned to the site a day later my items were still in the cart. Didn't need to go search for them again.

I haven't used the lights yet so I can't really rate the product at this time but the bulbs appear to be intact, even though some of the boxes were clearly opened and a bit damaged.

Christine Buchholz was a huge help to me. I have her contact information if anything goes wrong. I especially liked the live chat function on the website and the prompt delivery.

It was easy. Only down side to this order is that one box of the lightbulbs were delivered broken. However calling customer service immediately resolved the issue which is great service!

My order came complete and on time. The price of what I purchased was not the lowest but very fair. The positive customer ratings made me overlook the small/insignificant cost difference.
