More painful than the 1st experience! Ordered 2/13 (supposedly shipped that day) and 11 days later - still nothing!

I ordered my form just before the new year's holiday. Only got one email confirming that the company got the order and waited the 3-5 business days that it said. I understand it is the holidays and was being patient, but then I got the review email before receiving a shipping email or any status update.

I am a long-time customer of LEF, and purchase/use the Life Extension Mix religiously, along with other supplements, such as their Omega 3, Tocotrienols, and some others.

The Labcorp location was poorly organized and difficult to use, as the sign-in device was slow and provided incorrect instructions. Fortunately another customer assisted me. Once I had completed the sign-in, I had only a very brief wait before the technician called me in. The technician was cordial and efficient.

I order several products regularly and rely heavily on the Life extension magazine for the latest information on supplements and treatments for health conditions. I have had only one product that did not work. (Serene sleep)
