I like how the supplements are designed using the results of research trials so we know that the dosages are actuallly useful.
What I don't like is that the delivery schedules for subscribed products are not flexible - mine only ship on the first of the month for example - even though there are not 28 or 29 or 31 or some multiple of doses in the package. One either runs short or accumlates extras.

I've been with LE for many years, and my dad before me for a long time. I have never had a bad experience with LE. That is not to say that USPS hasn't created a delay with an order. But in that recent situation I found LE Customer Service to be very understanding & helpful. I have found the website to be easy to navigate, the range of products impressive, and the magazine with relevant research citations to be impressive. I will continue to place orders with LE on a regular basis.

I requested that my items be canceled less than 15 mins after the order was placed but they said they won't cancel it I was informed that they would mail me a return label to my address because I didn't have a printer but sent me an email with a link to a return label instead. This is terrible service.
