I ordered on 8/30 and received confirmation of order. The accompanying blurb said that orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. No notification of shipping, and here it is over a week later. NO shipment. NO customer service. I'm leaving for the town where my doctor is tomorrow with NO labs, NO kit. And NO idea of what's going on. I will never trust Life Extension again.

Easy to use website that provides in-depth information on all items sold. Works well in coordination with the free Life Extension magazine, which provides history of health problem and how the supplement helps solve it.

The product and the price are the best in the industry.Deliveries are prompt,within days.

So far so good I only have been using the product for 4 days so after a month I should be able to provide a better result.

I've been utilizing Life Extension products for decades and have found them to be helpful and to do what's needed to increase my health.

I just wish you would send an email when a product is delivered, and leave tracking numbers for those items that haven't been delivered yet. I'm awaiting a second shipment, and I can't find a way to track it!

I like how the supplements are designed using the results of research trials so we know that the dosages are actuallly useful.
What I don't like is that the delivery schedules for subscribed products are not flexible - mine only ship on the first of the month for example - even though there are not 28 or 29 or 31 or some multiple of doses in the package. One either runs short or accumlates extras.

I ordered B-Complex & L-Glutamine 500. It was easy to order. My shipment came in a couple of days, complete. I was surprised at the speed & ease.

Was easy to order and arrived quickly using Postal delivery of order.

I've been with LE for many years, and my dad before me for a long time. I have never had a bad experience with LE. That is not to say that USPS hasn't created a delay with an order. But in that recent situation I found LE Customer Service to be very understanding & helpful. I have found the website to be easy to navigate, the range of products impressive, and the magazine with relevant research citations to be impressive. I will continue to place orders with LE on a regular basis.

I have been a consumer of LE products for over 20 years, but I have cut back to the most needed essentials as I cannot afford all the products that I would like.

I've been buying Life Extensions for a while now and it's so much more convenient than going to a vitamin shop. The products are giving good results and I can read up on what the product does and how it will help with my health.

I didn't received my purchase yet. Don't have reason to describe my experience

I requested that my items be canceled less than 15 mins after the order was placed but they said they won't cancel it I was informed that they would mail me a return label to my address because I didn't have a printer but sent me an email with a link to a return label instead. This is terrible service.
