Ordered Bone restore and vitamin B12, order was delivered quickly, however the bone restore was damaged when I received it. Called Life Extensions, explained the problem, contact was pleasant and said they would send replacement right out. Received it two days later. Will be happy to order from them again

I like reading about the research which helps me decide if I should take a particular supplemenmt

I like LE supplements but the transparency is not good regarding ingredients and where they come from which is very important to me. I do not like having to call and ask and then wait weeks to find out if I do find out at all. I have moved away from LE to other suppliers if I find the source of any ingredients not to my liking.

High quality vitamins and minerals. Will not buy from anyone else.

I bought a bunch of items for myself, then changed the address to buy 4 items for my daughter. Her items showed up at my address

Customer Service was great but my issue currently is that it has been 3 days and I still have not received a return label for my return.

This helps me with my insomnia! I have to take at least four other medications with this in order to help me sleep that's just how severe must sleep apnea is! And that's just how bad my insomnia is great product highly recommended!

All the supplements I have ordered have either been great and then become subscriptions, or they do not work(upset stomach etc) and call support for an easy return or refund. My only complaint is, as a person with a few traumatic brain injuries, I wish I would receive more notice to manage those subscriptions. I need a 10 day notice to manage or I end up paying for items I dont need yet,

Very good product line but I haven't used long enough to truly know. Berberine on backorder the first time I tried to reorder. Way too many texts and emails.

All great until delivery day. The lazy postal worker left the package at my garage door, about 15 feet from the road. Frankly I am really lucky it was not stolen.UPS or FED EX takes items to my front door where they are safe.

Ordered product on line. Received what I ordered and service was fast. Very pleased.

Life Extension has the worst shipping by far. I placed my order # ******* on 9/30/2024 and the estimated delivery date is 10/9/2024. I had this problem in the past and Life Extension updated my shipping to 3 day on new orders. I received a phone message letting me know this option is no longer available due to costs. In the future I will not order any other products with Life Extension since they are too cheap to ship in a timely manner. You would be better off slightly increasing product pricing so your company can afford to ship in a timely manner. 10 day shipping is embarrassing for orders in the US. I don't even understand how you can find a 10 day shipping method. USPS Ground which is the most affordable and lowest price for package shipping is only 5 days!

Great products and back up professional help. They are able to get your order out fast and if you are a member you get free shipping and a very interesting and informative magazine once a month. They stand by their product and their customer service is very good.

I totally believe in your products. The products I have ordered I am totally satisfied with them. The problem arises when you send orders by the USPS. My most recent order was scheduled to arrive yesterday. It is sitting, pursuant to the tracking provided in the Springfield,Illinois distribution center 23 miles from here. It arrived there yesterday and should have been here with my mail delivery today. Not here, so my problem is with your system of shipping. There is no 9:00 p.m. delivery here.

I have loved all the supplements that I have purchased! The prices are reasonable! They are delivered in a timely manner and package well! I have no complaints!
