In my first experience with Life Extension I was attempting to place a small order on-line, when I made an error in trying to set the payment method. I wasn't sure what I had done incorrectly. I called Life Extension for assistance and technician promptly took care of my problem. I was greatly relieved.

My doctor recommended Life Extension Two a Day vitamins. The website has numerous other selections. Life Extension is highly rated so I thought I'd give them a try. I wound up ordering other items as well. The sight was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. Everything arrived quickly. I cannot comment how they work because I just got them. I will review them in a week or so.

I was told that I would not get a full refund. When I did not approve this initially I have my bank and my lawyer looking into this.Let's meet your campuses

I've been with LE for many years, and my dad before me for a long time. I have never had a bad experience with LE. That is not to say that USPS hasn't created a delay with an order. But in that recent situation I found LE Customer Service to be very understanding & helpful. I have found the website to be easy to navigate, the range of products impressive, and the magazine with relevant research citations to be impressive. I will continue to place orders with LE on a regular basis.

I trust Life Extension for any & all of the vitamins& supplements I take. I know Iam getting best quality.

I see a naturopathic doctor and recently my insurance stopped paying for lab work orders from an ND. The lab refuses to give me a fair rate for tests that I have been getting for 10 years. The hormone panel cost me $75 through Life Extension,and my regular lab would have charged me almost $800!

I find the products okay in as much as I can tell. I presume they are doing their job. The K2 high potency has seemed to stop the osteoporosis from getting worse. Just started the GI assist and so far not liking how much I need to use the bathroom but hoping it will acclimate and help with acid reflux.

Upset they are no longer ordering discount for bulk orders.

I requested that my items be canceled less than 15 mins after the order was placed but they said they won't cancel it I was informed that they would mail me a return label to my address because I didn't have a printer but sent me an email with a link to a return label instead. This is terrible service.

Ok so added my choices to cart.
I go to top menu to begin checkout by clicking cart icon.
The choices show about a half second and disappear.
No way to to get to checkout.

Finally got to checkout by adding a random product.
That give me a view cart option on a popup.
I click that and go to cart fine where I then delete the random product and continue to checkout normally.

All good…very fair pricing with clear explanations of the products in the catalogue.

All products -customer service is good.
Returns- not so good. If you need to return a product there is a fee of $5.50 for shipping.

Blood tests are reasonable when they are on sale. Some blood tests are more hype than reality and should be avoided. Same with supplements. It is best to do in depth research before purchasing. Some have low quality control, some can be found elsewhere with much better quality and at times less expensive. The LE mag contains some good information but also serves their own advertising agenda. Not all of the articles give a complete picture. Not all customer service or "counselors" are well informed. LE can be a good source when carefully studied/researched and for certain supplements.

Ordering lab work was easy and effortless once I found out how to access the lab work directory.

I like how the supplements are designed using the results of research trials so we know that the dosages are actuallly useful.
What I don't like is that the delivery schedules for subscribed products are not flexible - mine only ship on the first of the month for example - even though there are not 28 or 29 or 31 or some multiple of doses in the package. One either runs short or accumlates extras.

Ordered lab tests...process was used friendly and pretty simple. Got results back in 2 days.

I have been using Life Extension for the best wellness information. My health is supplemented by many excellent products over at least 20 yrs. I am now nearly 70 years old and enjoy excellent heath.
