Employees have no job security working in this company. We receive low pay and get no benefits at all. Their nice office and interesting technology are the reasons that make working here even remotely bearable. Furthermore, upper management is incompetent and lacks any sense of direction. They need to be more transparent towards their employees. They fire several employees every few months for no clear reason. Also, there is minimal cooperation among teams, probably because of the awful upper management.
I trusted this company to earn some extra money but didn't get result. Even their in-house products have a lot of technical problems or issues. The team is busy constantly solving them. I don't think the company will survive for long. Even the employees of the company believe so (Check Glassdoor).
