When, and you will, ask for a refund they will tell you to "gift the items purchased to a friend or family member". Then they will ignore the rest of your emails. The pants I ordered were nothing like advertised. They said it was "advertising effect". But listen to me when I say, it wasn't even close. The pants are photo print pants. Just so bad. Their size chart is also way off. I would recommend avoiding this company. They're ridiculous.

This company is a scam. I want a refund as they said they accept returns. They are giving me a headache with their ridiculous emails asking me to jump through hoops to get my $20.99 back. They use deceptive advertising as their clothes are not anything like the photos. As you can see by the photos the item I received is not the item in the photo. I ordered this top the first of November and did not receive it for a month. By that time they had not only removed all their ads but they also had deleted their customer service email. I had to go through PayPal in order to get a message to them. I would not even give them one star but had to in order to submit this review.

Awful company. Sent my order to the wrong address and refused to send to correct address. I sent screenshots of the order with the correct address. A screenshot with the tracking email with correct address. A screenshot when I actually tracked with the WRONG address. They said I needed to contact the post office. Mind you, this package was sent to a home different state. Second package this happened with. They essentially stole my money and refused to support. I emailed everyday with no solution, refund or package sent to proper address.

WOW. This company just sucked $40 bucks out of my wallet and 2 months of my life. It took a month for my two items (a shirt and pants) to arrive, upon arrival I found that the shirt sizing was way off it fit me like an XL instead of a Med and the pants weren't even the same style as the one's I ordered plus they were completely SEE THROUGH. I respectfully emailed their customer service department and was asked to provide photos of the items in their packaging and the SKU numbers which I did. However, I was repeatedly asked for these images! At least 3 separate occasions I was asked for the images which I now realize was just a stall tactic to get me to give up. I did not give up and continued to ask for their coveted return address to which they responded that shipping was to expensive and took too long to return items but how about a nice $5 gift card for my trouble... um what? So I spent over $40 but 5 is good compensation? And telling me that the items are good quality and I can just gift them to a friend or neighbor is completely infuriating. The end result is I kept the items that I can't wear and told them to keep their 5 bucks. I don't want anything from them.
