Lemongor

Can I give ZERO stars? Took my $267 immediately, and then claimed they were "unable to deliver" even though their tracking system stated my package was delivered "in or around the mailbox" on Jan 28th 2022. They are refusing to refund my money, stating that this is my issue. They are stating that I moved and did not provide a forwarding address, even though II have lived at this address for 7 years. Will NEVER shop from them again. Terrible customer service and zero accountability.

Chinese owned and operated from China. I placed order and credit card was immediately charged. It has been two months since I placed order. I contacted the site numerous times and their response is that it is being shipped. I asked for a full refund and their response is that the order shipped and it could be delayed due to customs! I have never experienced merchandise held up by customs. The vendor sent tracking in Chinese and have now gone completely silent. The Lemongor is another Chinese business with a fictitious address and site in the USA to deceive consumers and this type of business needs to stop!

There is a tracking number but you do not know where and what app you use to track your shipment. I need update.

Lemongor received ZERO stars! Lemongor wrote me an email after the garment received was two sized too large on top and two sizes too small on the bottom for size large.
I wrote Lemongor the following website when they said they would refund me $10 out of my $59 purchase!
"This is completely unacceptable and I am going to write a review of this unfair experience as your website's return policy does not disclose honestly your lack of return service at 100% the purchase price. This is unfair and dishonest, shame on your company for misleading consumers. I want 100% refund for this undue stress and dishonest business practices. Your product was poorly produced and not sized correctly for US consumer size Large. Please proceed with refunding my purchase price and I will be donating these garments to charity. This is not my mistake to assume financially, it is your company's lack of quality production.Please be honest and refund my money.Hoping your business morals will be more honest with your customers, moving forward."
