My dear Friends,

I would like to share my bad experience with LegalRaasta. My kind suggestion to all of you is not to believe this company and get cheated. Please be aware of their tactics and tricks used to misguide you and grab as much money as possible. If they grab the money and work on time is still ok but not. They don; t stand the commitment and words promised after taking the money. They try to scare you, misguide you and do all possible goalmal to squeeze your money. Please be cautious about such dirty tricks.

They grabbed around ******* rupees from us to do the compliance but they didn't do it on time. When we started following up they just started bluffing and not answering our calls, stopped replying to our messages / mails. No interaction at all. We waited for 3 months after paying money but nothing happened. Govt penalty got increased by double. Then we got it done through other service provider. The amount we paid got loss. We wanted to file a complaint but due to heavy travel couldn't do it. So posting this review as as alert to you guys. Please don't suffer like us. there are many who has gone through the same situation like us through LegalRaasta.

They use instamojo for the payments and doesn't give any proof on the receipt.

I will give you the company's real face today. This company is a no. FAKE a LIAR. And every STAFF(NEHA KASHYAP, SHRUTHI, RITESH, DEEPIKA ETC. working here is Better from one another thief and a liar. They are all liar. WELL EXPERIANCED LIER
And none of these staff is PERMENENT.
Today they will be there. Will not remain after a week. They will ask u deposite money. Credit card /debit card/ net banking whatever, however they keep calling like anything after that. So Never fall. I gave money 4 months ago from my account. I'm tired of calling all legal rastha ppl.
Better from one another liar very expert in lying. 1st they will say that u will get licence 20 to 40 days. Then 60 days Its keep going on like anything, they wont do anything. They only take money from us with extra commission. Every thing we only have to do, form filling signature,, document, they just forward our mail to fssai government email. After that once they rcvd the money they wont even bother abt it. So plz I request u all don't fall in Do not fall in cheating and fake website LEGAL RASTHHA (HELL RASTHAA.COM) and that too don't waste your precious time.
After that I have applied for 2 more food licence to direct fssai govmnt website. Same procedure, same effort but less feee. AND I GOT IT WITHIN 50 DAYS.
And don't see at their feedback that is also one of their TRAP it's a clear TRAP. SO DON'T FAAL FOR TRAP

This was my first experience with Legal Raasta and i would like to say that these form is not work on the Professional Ethics I have done Payment On October as per of the Firm Guidlines they asked me that my FSSAI Licence will be received with in the 30 days after the Payment, But Unfortunately it has been More then 90 days my Licence is still not received and when i saw on FSSAI Website I notice that my Challn Is Still Not Submitted and when i call the representative Mr Gagan, Miss Shruti and Mr Suresh they asked me to deposit the Extra money for Completion of Work

I had a simple request for FSSAI registration. The team though was fine to take up documents and submit however they did nothing to see the completion of the registration process. Though they took a hefty sum for the process, I was forced to followup with the FSSAI Team for 6 months to get my license. Multiple followups with LegalRaasta through mail or calls or even their complaint board did not result in any updates or support. They simply did not take up my calls. Even a bad feedback on their website did not heed any response. There is no way to reach out to the owners or Sr. Mgmt. Only one Support helpline which invariably is poorly managed. They are good till you pay up all the fees. Then they dont even answer your calls. Very bad experience. (Lalit, Anit, Pooja, Tanvi etc). All were useless in their support. Last time an going for this firm. Why is there no sense of accountability or penalty for such firms.

The working atmosphere inside LegalRaasta is too cool. Though there is a lot of work pressure here. But our Senior Executives always guide us ow to tackle, with that particular problem.

It was like nightmare with this fraud company, Seriously guys please don't waste your time and money. Once you make the payment, they will not pick your phone. This is fraud company, be aware. We have applied for TIN registration, It just a work of hardly 1 or 2 days (as we have contacted local lawyer and got our TIN number within 2 days) but because of these fraud, We got stuck for 2 months and even after we did not get the TIN number. They don't have manners to talk to clients and they don't even know what to do, will always misguide you.
