Rental agreement: After you pay the charges they start behaving weird. They start asking various documents which are not needed for rent registration. They don't refund. Beware! LegalDocs are cheaters they have changed original domain name from LegalDocs.in to legalDocs.co.in.

On 06/04/2024 I applied for Partnership Deed. I have filled up the required form online and I have also paid fees for the same online. I have not received the relveant document in any formant, neither online or hard copy pf that docment. Sufiya picks up the phone but she will not give satisfactory reply so I ask her to connect me to her Boss but she wont do that. I have also sent emails to them but have not received any answer to them. I have also sent a message to them on facebook but they did not answer. One of the most unreliable and untrustworthy company online.

I have paid 1200/- for my food license after 1 month struggling with them and providing hundreds of documents, they are telling me I need to get all the ciritificates, if I have time and able to get all cirtificates, why should I pay them 1200/-. Now when I ask my money back, they want me to send email and company will process money, there is no company/office, some frauds are sitting making money from people

I initially had a good experience with Legal Docs, where I got my food license quickly. On March 7th my license expired and I tried to renew it directly from the official website to my strangely different phone number and email address rather than mine apart from the application. So the idea is that we can only renew again using their service... Business tactics. But from customer's point of view, it's totally frustrating and betraying customer for their own purpose. Why we again use their service, when we can do the thing by our own hands and not providing details related to our registration is against business ethics.

Please do not deal with them, they are fraudulent people waiting to loot you. Anita and Pooja are the most useless people.

I have applied for udyam certificate through legal docu, i have a great experince, specially named VERSHA she helped in alot, give us the certificate in just 10 min after making the payment...

They are worst we pay them to make our work easy but they add one more work to y that's follow up with them so u pay them 1000 percent extra to take pain and there is staff is useless

We have apply for fassi it's around 5 month we haven't received fassi number now they people are not receiving call nor replying on whatsapp very bad experience with legaldoc dnt use any service

Needed a FSSAI certificate, the company helped in all ways possible to get it done before the ETA. Very prompt with the help. Highly recommended

I have made a transaction of 7000/- for Food License with Legal Docs, due to some reasons did not proceed with them for the same, later after lot of mails and repetitive phone calls, have not received the refund amount from them till date. Please do not use legal docs services for any of your Licenses, they will cheat you and on top of that very very pathetic customer support.

I got my private limited company registered in just 8 days. Thanks to the amazing team of legalDocs!

This site cannot be trusted. I contacted them for rental agreement and i made the payment online.
I have shared the receipt of payment with legal docs but there are no sincere efforts from their side to check my payment with their merchant banking partner (cashfree).
Though i have shared my payment receipt with them they are telling me to check the payment confimation mail which i haven't received yet. And they are not going to further proceed with the process of rental agreement i have paid for.
This site is surely a scam with false promises.
Do not make any advance payments.
