The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I like it! It fits really good and I'm satisfied with the look!
I would like to thank Leather Up for sending a replacement after the original order was stolen from my doorstep. The cover itself fits my 2005 Yamaha V-star 1100 custom very well. I have to remove my two flags from the rear of my bike for a proper fit. It has vents on the top so excess air can escape and not cause a balloon effect during heavy winds. I'll have to see how long this one lasts since my bike lives outdoors. It does seem to be made out of durable but light weight material. As long as this last me a couple of summer's I'll be happy with my purchase.
Very easy to install on my 2008 C50, looks great along with my Kuryakyn Longhorn pegs I picked up on the same order.
This product comes with everything you need and fits well and looks good. If you are looking for a mini backrest this is not one of them, it is a large pad but my wife really likes it when she rides with me. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an add on passenger backrest and LeatherUp is the best place to purchase it from.
Great look, fit my bike perfectly, came with all the mounting hardware. and it gives solid to the passenger. Great product.
GREAT GLOVE, LOVED THE BUILT IN WIPER FOR MY HELMIT, WHEN I ORDERED I DID NOT KNOW I NEEDED THE OTHER GEAR THAT GOES WITH THE GLOVES. I ORDERED THE LINER AND THE SINGLE CONTROL AND I'M SET TO GO. YOUR SHIPPING STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH MY ORDER. I WILL ALWAYS BE A LEATHER UP FAN JON WAINO PENSACOLA FL
I bought these at the same time as the 90 Watt jacket liner. They kept my hands very comfortable at about 30% of the avaliable power on the Heat-Troller. The gloves, themselves are high quality leather and fit very comfortably. Don't get them too small, though. If they are tight, they will reduce circulation to your hands and will defeat their purpose.
Used this morning, 20 degrees F, no fairing, heat controller set to about 75%, hands stayed comfortable for 10 miles at 50 miles per hour. Usually, hands would be very cold by end of trip. Good gloves.
Great fit, tames kansas winters, hands/fingers warm after 200 mile trip
Excellent gloves. Very comfortable. Quality construction. Heat works great. With these and my jacket liner, I'm toasty warm down to 25 degrees (havent' ridden below that temp.....Yet).
Just make sure your bike can handle the current drain. I drained my battery the first time I used them, were turned up all the way. Works fine at 1/2 setting.
Found that with these, regular chaps and two pairs of socks, I'm good to go.
Today was 36 degrees and feels like 24 on weather.com. It was raining, windy, and started snowing. I honestly didn't expect anything but a little rain and 36-39 degree weather. I stayed warm with my heated jacket liner and heated riding gloves. I still don't like the fact that there is really no exact info telling you what you need when you buy heated gear, but are new to them. However, they did well at keeping me warm.
Bought this a few weeks ago. Great price plus had 10% off coupon so paid only $153.00. Great deal with free delivery. Finally got to wear it today. It was 38 degrees out and sun was going down at beginning of trip and was totally gone last 15 miles. Had on jeans and long sleeve shirt underneath with a light weight fleece jacket (probably do not need fleece jacket). Rode from the dealer where bike was being serviced to my home - a 40 mile trip. Did not feel any chill at all except hands were a little cool (probably look into heated gloves). This suit is great for the price. I cannot imagine anything being any warmer no matter what the cost, including electric suits. I am 6' 0" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I ordered a large and it fits great. Could fit a sweater if wanted to but does not seem necessary.

I just got this suit, I did not use it yet, but from my experiences you will not need to wear much under it. Now I can ride in real winter without wearing a lot of pieces. Anyway I'm 5'7" 210 lb and I got the XL, it is a little long but not to much and has enough space for a heavy jacket if you want. The end the best for brutal winter. Get one, do not think, just get it.
Purchased the Firstgear Thermo suit at leatherup.com because they had the lowest price. Item was packaged nicely, arrived in 3 business days!! :) I'm 5'11'' 185lbs 34w 32L...Large fit just right, legs are a little long, which is preferred to keep air out. Did a 6 mile test run in 29 degree November weather. I only had khakis and a tshirt underneath. The suit works wonderfully! The elastic at the bottom of the legs has an inside rubber lining that prevents from slipping off your boots. The arms velcro sleeves tuck into my gauntlet gloves nicely. For keeping the wind/cold out, this suit does a good job. It will definitely extend the riding season.
Always great at Leather-Up. Vest is great, fit is great I love it.!!!!
It was a little small so I had to send it back for a bigger size. Still waiting on the vest in the larger size.
One of the best deals bar none!!!!!! Patches and sewing them on alone are well worth the cost....
Close to perfect. Size is just a tad large, but that is good..
Always get my leathers, boots, gloves at Leatherup.com..
Everything about the vest is good, but the other reviews about ordering a larger size then you think you need are not correct. The people that said that must be bigger than they think or I must be smaller than I think. I have a 41 inch middle and ordered an XL and have plenty of room for other under garments.
Very nice product, seems to be very durable, only had it for a very short time. Give me more time to be sure. I purchased the brown belt but I wanted the black. wondering when the black will be back in stock??
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
