Where do I start? The customer service number is a joke, forwards to a cell phone and they only call you back if they feel like it. Orders are not confirmed with an Email, why document something when you are going to rip the person off later, right? Order will short ship when 2 of same item is ordered, they say that is their standard policy but they don't bother to issue the credit for the 2nd item you have paid for. Many site problems like dropping your shopping cart items while you are building an order and reading their items pages. Couldn't even log on to see what my order was when I received my incomplete shipment and thought they has deleted my account login, but no, a week later it worked again to log on, not that I got anything straightened out in the week's time of it on the messed up order and billing. I got to call my bank, thankyouverymuchLeatherPost, and explain that my order for "sex toys" was handled with some amount of fraud. You get to describe all of the items when you buck the charge with your credit card vendor, but it was worth a little embarrassment to stop the payment after getting jacked around by them so hard. At one point whe nI was getting a return shippment address to send the stuff back after disputing the charge with my bank, LeatherPost did offer to refund the money paid, and for me to keep the items when I asked to return them, but they didn't bother to process the credit on the card in over a weeks time. Don't believe what they tell you when you talk to customer service, they either lie to you with a straight face, after they screw up your order, or they are simply incompetent and don't do what they say they will do. They could fix things they mess up, but they just don't care. Its like dealing with an abusive Master. If you order from these people, figure that you will be describing the items to your credit card vendor customer service when you want to buck the charge when LeatherPost does not give you a credit for stuff that you paid for and either they refused to ship two of them, or that they don't have in stock and don't bother to ship anything to you when it does come in. Lastly, forget bothering to type any meaningful "Special Instructions" when you finalize your online order, like stating how you would like it handled when a specific item is not in stock, asking for them to call you if something is not in stock because there are 2 alternate items that could substitute, or anything at all, because they apparently not only don't read this stuff, they don't see it for some reason on the order fulfillment side. More bad E-commerce implementation. BY FAR IT WAS THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Tip for consumers:
Look for other sites that have the same items for cheaper and who offer legitimate levels of customer service.

Placed an order over a month ago. My credit card was charged immediately but my order never shipped. I've contacted them several times and been promised it will ship. Still it hasn't shipped. Canceling my order and requesting a refund. I
