Pants ordered are the same as two years ago with the same measurements at the waist. However they are visibly smaller by an inch.

The product did not look as shown on the website. No slimming in the abdomen area. I now have to pay a specialized Tailor to adjust the blazer. $200 extra. This order was disappointing.

For this product (Pierce Brosnan Tomorrow Never Dies Leather Coat) the size of the leather coat was not selectable. I'm sure the persons in charge will read my comment and send me the correct size (XXL), but I wanted to point out the missing feature on the product page.
The measuring process was straightforward, and my pants arrived quickly.
I measured a pair of pants that fit me well to create the dark brown leather Morrison 2 pants I ordered, and the process was straight forward and the pants fit remarkably well!

The website was annoying. After i took a view at a coat and try to return to the selection page, it takes me back to the beginning page. I would have to start all over again. This gets annoying after several pages into your search.

The leather coats I have bought are always quality made. I love them. And I am tall so having them make them to size is awesome.

The measurement instructions need to be clear around how to measure for ease - it is not clear whether to use measurements on body or from an existing garment

The site navigation could use a little work, larger color swatches would be nice. Product is overall very nicely done, admittedly there a couple of small things on the product I would have tried to change if there were enough images to show particular parts, but by no means a deal breaker.
