I haven't received my first order, yet, so I don't know what my experience with Leather Cult will be.
Each item should have more details about the style and features. Especially for black items, the images are not adequate. For one thing, there is no mention of whether or not any of your jackets have an interior pocket. You should provide and describe these. If you do not provide them, it should be possible to add them as a custom option. It is also important to know whether interior pockets are zippered. At least one of the interior pockets should be zippered on every jacket. Finally, you should know that quality leather goods in the West have a kind of piping on both sides of the main zipper, at least, and frequently on all zippers. This serves to hide and protect the zipper. Sometimes zippers are left exposed for decorative purposes, but this is not usually the case. You should usually design your garments to hide all zippers behind this type of feature.

We had a hard time initially communicating, but it was a glitch in the response system. Once they fixed it, they were great to work with and even got our jacket here in time for an event.
Very surprised to have to pay fifty euros custom charges on delivery. At no point was this mentioned on the stages leading up to final payment.

This is the second jacket I've ordered off of Leathercult.com and once again I'm very happy with the order. Jacket fits and looks great and showed up surprisingly fast. Nothing but good experiences.
Order process was easy, delivery time was prompt, I was able to customize sizing of the garment, and the finished product was amazing.
Hand made skirt was made accurately to the dimensions supplied and happy with the product. Sadly the delivery company UPS we're not so easy to deal with and delivery was delayed and missed delivery times twice which is a real shame, otherwise I would have given 4 stars.
I had a pair of trousers made to measure. I was a little nervous doing the measuring myself, but the instructions were clear enough and I crossed my fingers as I pressed confirm order. Once theorder was received I was able to follow along the progress of my garment which was really fast. The order shipped and there were several delays with the shipping but that was Aramx and Fed Ex so the shipping time was a lot longer than the website stated.
But finally, I had my trousers in hand and I was anxious and excited to see if my. Measurements had measured up. The trousers fit perfectly, and the quality was so much higher than any other pant at this price point. I paid extra for the stretch leather and for lining and I'm glad I did.
A beautiful piece to add to my wardrobe. Coming next will be a sport coat and a couple of leather shirts, before I start exploring colored sudes.

Ordered a custom leather coat. Three weeks from order to delivery. Very pleased with the product. Will order again!
I ordered 2x size and got a small, I've tried to get a return policy but read you don't do returns...
Overall very good experience and the shipping was quick. Only issues I have are I thought this was an American company and was surprised to receive the product from Mumbai, India. Secondly, the site says they include extra room with measurements submitted, but my leather long coat is a bit tight in several places and elves shorter than I wanted. Not enough to go through the return process so I'll just deal with it. Next time or if you order include an inch more in your measurements for extra stretch room.
