The measurements I gave and the cost to customize I expected a better fit. It's very boxy and the leather puckers out at the pockets- overall not flattering fit

I should have measured myself, my mistake but all of my jackets are a Large and I have plenty of room in my jackets but I ordered a large Jacket from Leather Cult and it's tight like if I ordered a medium.
