I had originally ordered the wrong size and since the only way to contact them was by email, I let them know that I needed an XL instead. I got no response. I emailed them a couple more times with no response. I finally told them that if they couldn't respond to my emails, just cancel the order. I got a response the next day confirming the updated order.
In a little under a week I received the jacket and it was an XL and fit perfectly. I love the jacket and I'm very glad they didn't cancel the order. Also, it was the exact jacket I ordered, including the burgundy color. It very soft, flexible and very comfortable.

It was fine. I placed my order on Sept 1 and I received it on Sept 21. There wasn't any progress pictures, just an email that said that the order was being made and then another saying that it was on its way a while later.

I bought this jacket for my husband. I customized the color and inside liner. It was a surprise so I couldn't get his measurements but the XL fit great. He loves it. Shipping was quick. I will be buying more jackets. It was packed with care. Had a slight odor but did resolve. Thank you LeatherCult.

Excellent product and I appreciate reconfirming my measurements as I had given incorrect measurements at first. I've never had an article of clothing that I've had this much of an affinity for. Beautiful jacket!

The jeffery dean morgan jacket from the walking that i purchased was absoulutely amazing. I can tell your team put care into making the jacket and noticed all the small details other jacket companies didnt when trying to recreate this jacket. It was an exact match and i love it, thank you!

I ordered my vest and when it came it was small.I ordered a 2x and the size 2x I ordered did not fit.I always where a 2x and had no problem with the fit anywhere else. The vest to me runs small, I tried to exchange it but they say that is what I ordered and will not exchange it. I'm was willing to pay the difference. I will never order from that company again.

I love my jacket, It came packaged just beautiful. The only thing that I found odd was the inside zipper, I purchased the jacket with the hoodie and the extra zipper on the inside was the inside zipper was almost under my breasts, it should have been at least to my belly button. But I still love the jacket and I plan to purchase another one!

I receive the coat and am a bit disappointed. The leather is heavy and it smells of leather. The waist is too long and overall the coat is HUGE.

The first two suede blazer I ordered was too tight despite the fact that I specified my measurements. I ordered from LeatherCult before, this is the first time this happens. I currently have two suede blazers that do not fit me.

Order M65 jacket, custom measurements. I typically wear a 50L suit. The jacket arrived and is way to small. There is a tag inside the collar that reads 46, and it feels like a size 46. Cults' resolution is to give me 10% off my next order. You may want to try it in before you buy it.

I ordered my husband a simple size Large jacket for Christmas confirming the measurements on their size chart. When it arrived it could hardly zip up and fit tightly across the stomach. He can actually get by with a medium, so this was surprising. After several emails back and forth they finally started in on having me measure the jacket and send them pictures. Every measurement showed it was smaller than their size chart. They even had me repeat the process saying there were wrinkles in the coat (which actually would have come out in their favor), but I did it. Then they started saying that their designers measure things differently than me...even though they said I did it correctly. But their designers were "professional." So basically they won't stand by their own measurements at all. I offered to pay for the return shipping and for shipping a replacement jacket back to me, and they skirted around the issue over and over, finally saying they would give me 15% discount on a new jacket. Why would I do this when I can't be sure their sizing chart is correct?! It is so frustrating to be out hundreds of dollars with no effort to make things right when they would be out no money on the deal. Communication was difficult, but essentially they don't return or exchange under any circumstances, so buyer beware.

A little rocky considering I had to wait over the Christmas break, but that's on me. Found out that what I normally wear for jackets hadn't matched the XL here.

Personally, I don't blame LeatherCult for the sizing. However, I am confused with the instructions and feedback from one of the workers who took the time to respond when I asked how I would proceed with changing my size for future purchase and another jacket I have yet to receive.

I was really looking forward to my order but they use Aramex for delivery. Aramex marked the order for delivery but I never received the order. Aramex has been unresponsive and LeatherCult has been unhelpful in trying to rectify the situation.

Ordering my jacket was an easy process. Waiting and anticipating it's arrival was the hard part/. It was worth the wait. The jacket is beautiful. The fit is perfect. At my age it is hard to fit me with ordinary sizing, so custom made clothes are necessary. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and overall design of this jacket. I would most certainly use Leathercult again.

I was pleased with communication during the priocess. Unfiortunately, the back of the jacket does not fit properly across the shoulder blades. Looks like a hunchback -- too much stiff leather, does not lay flat. Also styling details are pretty, but feel like a long wedge of cardboard has been sewn inside. Jacket definately does not feel like lambskin. I will be contacting customer service.

Great jacket and didnt take a very long time to arrive. I have paidore for lesser quality leather jackets. The custom options were great. I love it, and sorry ppl real genuine leather is great lol. Just go a size bigger because the size chart on the website is pretty generic. Love the jacket, a must for future spectres lol.
