My patio table and chairs are good quality and long lasting. The chairs have good back support. The table is big and enough space to put a lot of things. Table and chairs are light weight and easy to carry. I am satisfied with the service and highly recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to complement Jill Rafferty on her excellent customer service on our recent purchases. She went above and beyond with helping us pick out a beautiful sectional for our lanai. Very knowledgeable about every product in the showroom. We had a wonderful time with her as well due to her pleasant personality. I enjoyed her so much that I referred my neighbors to go to see her and they also made several purchases. She is definitely an asset to your sales team. Will look to do future purchases with her.

I was looking for patio furniture. Found this store browsing the web. Drove over an hour and was not disappointed. Walked into the Springhill store and was approached by Jill. She was friendly, bubbly, knowledgeable and professional. We chatted so she knew what I wanted. We ended up purchasing custom cushions for our existing set. We took our own measurements according to their information sheet and they turned out better than we could have hoped for. Easy process, durable and duper comfy. I can't wait to go back and now buy accessories as they have a huge selection. This store will NOT disappoint. Thank you for all your help

Wendy helped me purchase the lounge chairs for my pool and quickly processed the purchase. She was knowledgeable about the options I had to choose from and educated me so I could make a decision. She showed me several beautiful and fun accessories for my new home and I left planning my next visit. I will definitely go back many times in the future!

The quality of cushions that you sit on in the store is NOT the quality you get when your furniture is delivered. When we got our furniture, we sat in the chairs and the cushions were so squishy, it hit the bar across the front of the chair. We asked for the same quality as the ones in the store, and they said okay, so we ordered the couch to match the chairs. When we got the couch, those cushions were yet ANOTHER quality, again, not the same as the store. And the new cushions that came for the chairs were not the same as the couch or the store. Even though we sent pictures showing the difference, they denied there was any difference in the cushions. Classic bait and switch. You are shown amazing quality in the store only to be duped after handing over thousands of dollars.

We recently purchased a new home so we have been in alot of retail stores furnishing it.(most salespeople make you feel like you are bothering them).Soo refreshing to walk into Leaders Furniture.Dana was truly a breath of fresh air!Dana made you feel welcome from the start.She was soo kind,helpful. Informative.I can't say enough.Everyone who works there is super friendly.Thankyou for helping us us pick out the most beautiful outside furniture for the pool

When I entered the Leaders Jensen Beach Showroom I was amazed at the beautiful displays of outdoor & indoor coastal style furniture. Along the walls of the showroom were beautiful decor for inside & outside the home, besides the stools I also purchased a stunning framed art, Marsh Watch Great Blue Heron by Richard Clifton. I had a delightful showroom professional, Richard Kraemer help me & my husband choose Bar Stools, he was very knowledgeable & was not pushy, he recommended I have Suzie the manager help me choose the fabric to go with my kitchen, she also is a designer. That was the finishing touch to what I needed. I would absolutely recommend shopping at this store.

We were stunned to notice our 5 year old outdoor Windward set's webbing is pulling apart in 3 of the 4 chairs. The store informed me that the warranty is only one year. At the time I guess we were more concerned with the frames. Our previous sets last almost 20 years before the webbing failed. Don't spend your money here. Now it's about $150 per chair and 5-6 months to have them reweb :( As an aside, the furniture has been under roof and we are not large people.

My husband and I are new to Florida so of course we wanted to look at some outdoor furniture for our patio. We stopped by the Port Charlotte Leaders Casual Furniture and were helped by Andy. He was so nice and not pushy at all. He let us look at our leisure and when we had questions he was right there ready to help us out. We did end up buying a set from them. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a good price and a great staff! Thanks Leaders!

If you want to wait a year for your purchase, this is the store for you. We purchased loungers, a table, towel drying stand and cushions. The sales lady assured us if we came in and put half down by Friday, our order would go in that week. They stated it would take 60-90 days for our order. They told us their policy was that we would receive weekly phone calls on the status of our order. That was a lie. When we called to check on it, we were told we would have to wait 60 more days. Every time we called it was another 60-90 days. It's amazing how they can take an order and take your money and they don't even know if they have the inventory to fulfill your order. We had to call to check because they did not call us back after leaving numerous messages. Their customer service does not exist. We talked to the Manager. She said they would give us free shipping. But still, we were told a later date each time. We ordered in January and they kept pushing our order out. Fabric back ordered is all they kept saying. We finally canceled the order because they said it would be December. We were willing to purchase a $6000. 00 set from them. After all of the inconvenience we ask what they could do for us on the purchase. The manager called corporate to see what they would do. She said all they would do was give us free shipping. So basically nothing, because we were already given free shipping as a previous accommodation. We canceled the order. This is a very unprofessional company with no concern for the customers inconvenience. Very disappointing, I will never purchase anything from this company again and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience, I will tell them to tell everyone they know. Absolutely unacceptable customer service! Don't buy from them unless you want to wait a year and get horrible customer service. I didn't want to give them any stars on this review, but you had to pick one before this review would send. They deserve 0 stars.

After shopping around with no luck, we ended up at Leaders Casual Furniture in Ft Myers. As soon as we walked in we fell in love with the atmosphere. From the furniture to the wall décor to the wonderful help we received from Patty, it was a great experience. We purchased a 9 piece dining set that is classy and durable. Delivered (with care) within 4 days. I would highly recommend Leaders.

I want to commend Wendy Araujo the manager of Leaders furniture store in Orlando, for a truly professional and totally pleasant return of outdoor furniture that didn't hold up well, for a brand new set.
I truly appreciate her kindness and friendly attitude in this transaction.

We bought a regular table and a high top table eight chairs and two small tables. We spent a lot of money and were treated quite well. Until we had problems. The furniture was all Tropitone. Six years later we had discolored table tops and paint chipping. Now Leader's have given us the brush off and won't do anything. What a disappointment. Beware... go somewhere else, save yourself heartache. Leaders and Tropitone would do NOTHING.
