Very pushy sales staff, janky back office portal, impossible to find other coaches on the site, feels scammy, their staff don't reply to queries, and my ultimate favourite: you have to pay to be in your own workshops... even though you're the one teaching and running it. When you go to the help page, none of the buttons actually work. After some research into this company, I found out that it is ran by a large group of CEO's from other tech organisations. I hope it is just a case of too many cooks, but I honestly am so disappointed by it. I was sold something completely different than it is. Feels like a scam and not a legitimate organisation at all.

I recently had the opportunity to explore various online leadership courses, and I must say that LeaderJam is an absolute gem in this space. If you're looking to enhance your leadership skills or aspiring to become a better leader, LeaderJam should be at the top of your list.

If anyone is reached out to by Leader Jam to help expand your coaching business, it's a scam! Wanted to spread the word to save you the hassle! Their terms and conditions read that they can change at anytime without notice and to regularly check them. How ridiculous.

They were quick to respond when we were getting things set up but as soon as I got started, I get no help or no answers to any questions. Phone number wasn't valid when I called for help and no one has responded to any emails since. A charge to my account (thankfully only 60 cents) which caused me to have to report fraudulent charges with the bank because they wouldn't respond or allow me to delete my account or take my debit card info off. Bank is sending me a new card.

Thankfully I never set up my website because I didn't feel comfortable with the terms and conditions. But my account is still active and there is no way for me to close it by myself and they won't help me.

Do not use Leader Jam! My mistake and wanted you to not make the same one.
