I made the purchase of a product, it was purchased on 01/19/2025, it arrived on 02/02/2025, when I opened the box, the rams arrived without a presentation box, only the plastics and it was obvious that they were used and they gave the same error that the previous buyer commented on your page, I mean you had the nerve to sell me a USED product to a new price and without packaging, as I checked it, I am filing a complaint. 02/04/2025 they tell me to send them, they arrived today 02/14/2025 and upon arrival I was refused a return for non-compliance with the warranty? They sold me a USED, DEFECTIVE product like new and now they refuse to return it. Md answers that they sent them new, that the supplier sends them in plastic packaging, and that's a lie, because I bought the same kit on Amazon and they sent them with perfect cardboard packaging a month ago, you are liars
