I would never order from here again. Firstly I ordered my controller in January, nine months later it finally arrived. I was very disappointed as I had ordered a PS1 Lite themed controller and the one I received was much darker than the one advertised and on videos also the shape buttons were off center. Especially being that they said the reason for the delay was color correction. The colors were just very dark. I called customer service very calmly and spoke briefly with the very nice lady on the phone who had helped me before. I explained why I was disappointed and they transferred me to the guy who does the paint jobs I guess his name is Zach. Probably the single rudest individual I've ever spoken to who doesn't care to hear anything you have to say. Immediately started laughing at me while I was explaining my situation and why I was unhappy with the color of the controller. He was incredibly insistent that, because he made them, they were perfect. He was incredibly aggressive, rude, and impossible to talk too. He only cared to hear that he was right and because he made them they were perfect. I was just trying to explain that the controller in my hand vs the controller I'm looking at on their side is like much darker than expected and he just kept aggressively interrupting me. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone just due to the fact that Zach was incredibly horrible to talk to and made this an awful experience. I expressed that the color seemed a couple shades darker and he started berating me saying "then tell me what that means, talk to me like I'm DUMB and explain to me what 3 shades darker means" just someone you should never let interact with customers because he will run everyone away with his horrible customer service.

Ordered December 2023 and have NOT received anything as of end of July.

Going to work with the BBB and possibly sue for emotional damages and misleading advertising. We've had good success working through the BBB on similar issues in the past. Strongly encourage others to do the same.

What I paid for was definitely not what I got! I was very patient and very understanding throughout this whole process and this, by far, has been my worst experience purchasing anything ever! It took almost a year from the time I made the purchase to the time I received the controller. Ordered the controller in August 2023 and did not receive it until July 2024. Laza Modz claims they pay such close attention to Innovation, quality and attention to detail, but sadly for me that was a lie as you can tell by the side by side picture of what on their website and what I received. I am extremely disappointed in the product and the poor customer service I received throughout this whole process. For having to wait almost a year this controller should've been perfect and it is definitely not! I will make sure my story and experience is heard across all platforms and I will not stop until they make this right!

No reply from my email… SCAM!

They charge way too much for a controller first off. Second of all I ordered a controller around October of last year, I've emailed for updates and have received nothing. It's been 5 months exactly. I've heard many other similar reviews. Hopefully they will let me cancel

This company consistently lies about delivery dates. I have been expecting a controller for the last 6 months. Yet, they supply minimal updates and any updates that they do give is about how they are working hard because they can't stop taking on new orders. Their social media is very misleading.

Ordered a custom controller from these guys a few months ago. The controller arrived in half the time they said it would. The owner, Zak, is as involved and cares more than any company I've ever purchased a product from. He went out of his way to contact me directly multiple times to make sure I was happy with the product and that it's something they should be proud of. I could not recommend them more.

Absolute god awful company. If you don't mind waiting half a year for their products in addition to the terrible customer service they provide then this is the place for you to order from. They take in thousands of orders but there's only one guy (the owner) actually painting the controllers because he's too prideful and cheap to ask for help. There are plenty of other custom controller companies that would be grateful and appreciate your business instead of these clowns.

I just want to warn anyone who's thinking of buying with these guys that they will scam you. Let me explain my story. So almost a year ago I placed an order with these guys to have a ps4 controller customized, total came to $192.64. Fast forward 6 months later, still no controller. I call these guys up and ask them what's going on with my controller, they said somthing like they got it mixed up with another order and they will start working on it. So fast forward again about 5 months later, I tried calling them countless times, emailing them, everything I could but they won't answer for $#*!. They are bull$#*!ing scumbags and they most likely will scam you as well. You've been warned.

IT IS NOW MARCH OF 2025 AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CONTROLLER - I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL - I GET NO RESPONSE. I WAS SITTING IN FULFILLMENT FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS... NOW I AM BACK TO QUALITY CONTROL!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY -100 STARS I WOULD. THREATED MY BANK TO GET LAWYERS INVOLVED BECAUSE I WANT A $198 REFUND (WHICH BY THE WAY IF YOURE SCARED LOSING THAT YALL ARE POOR HILLBILLIES) BEEN WAITING 8 MONTHS, COMMUNICATION CUT OFF COMPLETELY, LIED TO ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT DATES- BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AFTER CHRISTMAS, AND MARCH 29TH WOULD OF BEEN ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK ( I HAVE EMAIL PROOF) THEY ARE A SCAM- REPORTED TO BBB BECAUSE THIS COMPANY USES THEIR 120 DAY POLICY AGAINST PEOPLE TO NOT PROVIDE THE REFUND ON NOT GETTING THE PRODUCT-IN OTHER WORDS YOU PAY ALMOST $200 TO GET SCAMMED- YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND GOD DONT LIKE UGLY SO HELL HAS A SPECIAL PLACE FOR EVIL HUMANS LIKE YOU ALL.
