Laybuy

I love laybuy what can i say they have so many diffrent online stores for those who dont really know laybuy you can go shopping on websites buy items now and pay later with no interest, yes thats right no interest :D it helps soo much on exspenicive months or just to be able to get things you need and not empty your pocket in one go hope people check it out you could not fault them in anyway i would give 10 stars if i could lol

Went to use Laybuy as its thr only provider my beauty place will take. My account is suspended? Never missed a payment, never late, just haven't used in two years so haven't a clue.

Laybuy has ignored my emails and the case I opened on Resolver. Since Decemeber 2022 I have sent proof multiple times that the outstanding payment through my an order via Amazon on my account was cancelled.

Yet, they keep asking for more proof. When I contact Amazon, they have provided everything they can to show that the order was cancelled.

Laybuy has now sent my details to a debt collector, I have lost my job in April and can barely pay my bills, let alone have money for food shopping. I am on UC and with Step Change, this has added to mental health and anxiety. These people have no idea what they are doing to people's lives when they are being harrased by debt collectors for something didn't receive!

I have been a subscriber to Laybuy for nearly two years.
I have always paid on time, paid in advance and use my account in a professional manner and never breached theyre terms and conditions.
I went to make a purchase from Ebay using my Laybuy account to find my Laybuy account has been suspended for no reason. I've contacted them several times in reference to this matter and have had no reply.

As it stands now, I can no longer use the Laybuy service and I do not owe a single penny. My credit balance is full as all payments have been made on my account.
So much for nearly 2 years of loyalty to be suspended for no reason and totally ignored by them.
