1. I would like to add another individual beyond the four that it prompts for, why not allow more? 2. I would like to have been prompted for optional witnessing of the signature by a lawyer or other person. 3. It asked me if I wanted the Emergency Contact and I said NO but it still included it in the final form.

I like the service, but I can't sign up for the year yet. I got to pay for a two-week access, but I don't understand your pricing yet. I don't need to store documents as much as I need to create them.

You do not to sign up for a Yearly service. You have two other options which are the Basic License and the monthly subscription which starts off as a Free Trial for one week. I got this response to my annual report submission that their system cleaned. There was no apology and instructions were going to charge me another $75 so I asked for a credit on my credit card for the system cleared report. Got no response. Why waste your time to do a report twice and now fight to get credit charge back?
