I was shorted a part of a starter kit. They actually have an AI answering e-mails! No help, there. All the phone numbers don't work, either. Next, I tried going to the chat for picking a shade. Since I could not provide a picture of the MISSING item, (yes, really) I was told the best they could do was a $25.00 gift card. I will NEVER use this card! They are, obviously, scammers! STAY AWAY!

I ordered 3 products and the company only sent me 1. When I reached out to the company I was told they do not refund lost or stolen packages. This package was not lost nor stolen. When I reached out again to explain I got a complete run around. The one product I did get was complete trash. I would never use this company again. SAVE YOUR MONEY PURCHASE WITH A LEGITIMATE COMPANY
You cannot contact this business at all. The makeup was unsatisfactory. It takes dry skin and adds a few decades of wrinkles.

That they have very, very poor reviews. There is NO WAY to contact this company. It is a very unprofessional company. Please don’t risk it.
