The laptop battery I purchased was more expensive than quite a few others, but the battery is by far superior to the others for its extended life and length of charge. This is the battery to buy if you truly want a good, sure fit, long lasting battery for your laptop or other device. They also ensure it's the right one and actually follow up to be sure there are no problems.
I purchased a laptop battery from them back in early November. Literally emailed them the day after I got it (dated Nov 15th) to say I don't need it and would like to return it. I waited a week then called and got a voicemail (really?). Left a voicemail. No response on either accounts. I have several laptops at various stages of life and when they need a battery in the future, I won't be going to this company again.
Filling out you shipping and billing and registration and credit card info is a PITA compared to other sites.
had to re submit several times. not sure if this is the only one order that finally recognized. repeating submissions can be quite worrisome.
The shipping method seems to be the biggest trouble. There should be a local source to expedite the shipment at a cheaper rate and more reasonable amount of time. I work with my company's Intl Shipping all the time and do not have either of these concerns. I cannot give a Good, Great or Best rating with this issue. I am sure the product will be good, great or best, but I do not have it yet. So far, only Fair rating.
Ordering from your onsite website was incredibly painful and time consuming. If information was missing, I had to reenter all of the previous information I entered. Your shipping information was easy to miss. I am crossing my fingers that I receive the product I requested. I have my doubts that I will even receive it.
Place order page was looping back over and over. Something's wrong. I had to choose Paypal payment method to get out of the loop.

The purchasing is messed up. Paypal just hung endlessly. I killed the window and tried it again with a credit card, entered all the info, then ended up on the confirmation page with Paypal still selected. Had to change payment methods and enter the card information a second time. Talk to your web developers.
I had difficulty finding the things I needed and kept getting lost on your website. I got the charger, but when I went back I couldn't find the battery. Then I wasn't sure if it was the right items. It was annoying! The check out was another nightmare! I had to enter the information in 3 times! It kept timing out and you required a lot of information! I was extremely close to giving up. The experience was extremely horrible!
It took too may tries to get all the information in your order form. You should simplify the form. Make it clear, concise and not cluttered with other iinformation.
Incredibly hard to place order. For some reason your forms kept deleting my billing and shipping phone number. I had to enter it several times. Cumbersome. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to successfully place my order, but eventually noticed phone numbers I had already entered were removed when form updated to final order placement screen so I was able to type in numbers again and Finally got a confirmation number.
You made me enter my phone number FOUR times, before your system would accept it. If you want it in a particular format, then you should indicate that in the phone field instruction line!
I had typed in all my information, chosen a password, etc, and I got an error message, something along the lines of "your session was lost" .. it just doubled the amount of time I should have needed to place my order. More annoying than something "wrong."
Why does the site have such faint pale print in the fields? It is very hard to read. It needs to be darker. I have not received my order yet. From reviews I was expecting a shorter delivery time estimate.
Your PayPal link has some issues. Why does it open a new tab (new MacBook pro), but not bring it to the front? Then when you figure out out and hit submit, nothing happens. Had to repeat the process a second time.
Got battery and charged according to instructions on site. Only runs for about an hour before we have to recharge. Five days old. Fast shipping not what I expected for the price.
One of the rare sites that had the specific battery I needed. However, the cart checkout process was painful. I typed in my credit card at least 4 times and kept getting error messages. One more time and I was going to give up and go to another site.
Areas for information entry vague and poorly defined. Shipping was not free and the options for shipper were very limited. When the order was finished there was a major delay in completing the order which lead me to suspect there may be duplicate orders but time will tell. This is not a site I will be using or recommending in the future. I have seen lemonade stands with more organization.
Your website has a lot of glitches when ordering using Paypal. I kept filling in information and clicking on the place order button. It would route me to Paypal where I would confirm the order information. It would then take me back to your webpage, where I would hit the place order button again. I would then get a message that my phone number was not listed, or a payment method needed to be selected. Obviously, I had selected a payment method as I had already gone through Paypal, and for some reason the form kept deleting information that I had entered. I almost gave up, but on the fourth try it finally worked. Hopefully order fulfillment will be more efficient.
The website was really awful with taking the payment information. I still don't know why it balked the first 4 times i entered information and if now i may have 4 charges on my card. I found the product search very helpful.

I like your company, but rarely order batteries. Having to log-in rather than making a quick order is aggravating, since I had to search for password, then ask for a reset. So instead of a 5 minute order it was much longer.

website doesn't work on Safari browser very well. Difficult to find the Checkout button once something was added to the cart. Difficult to select Shipping Method. Nearly canceled because the methods wouldn't display properly
