Excellent information about the product
Web site was very informative and clear and even helped me understand differences in make up of different brands and prices of battery packs. Order was handled promptly with timely emails stating progress and status of my battery. I even received a phone call offering savings if I would like the same battery pack in a different color because of an overstock of that color. I have the battery installed and the run time on battery alone seems to be very good.
Item was delivered in a reasonable time. Charged according to New Battery charging instructions, and charges to 100%. Actual time of battery use while on internet is about 2 hours. Off-line use time is probably about 4 hours. Overall Guarantee is 2 years, which is far longer than any other suppliers that I have found on-line. Price is a little high, but the guarantee makes the extra cost acceptable.

Finally found a good battery. Seems to be functioning as good as the original but kind of pricey for a 7 year old laptop.
