I had to buy a replacement battery for my laptop, was very concerned & somewhat confused by the range of prices on various sites. After doing a good deal of research I chose laptopbatteryexpress, largely because the reviews and return policies gave me confidence that I would wind up pleased in the end regardless of any issues. No issues, battery was just what I needed, delivery was very quick also. Will use site in the future & recommend it to others. Most people I know want to spend the minimum on this type of item, but logically it's only a bargain if you are ultimately satisfied w/product through the life of its use.

The pages that the client enters sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers and of course credit/debit cards details) should be secured! It's unacceptable that they are not! There was no padlock on the URL area. Furthermore, I think the site should provide the ability of sending the order via post especially outside the US even if this takes longer. The reason is that FedEx charges too much (I paid nearly as much as the cost of the product) and the most important thing is that via courier European citizens have to pass through custom-import process which costs more than the product itself in some cases as mine.
