Screens were slow, not sure if it's at my end or your end.
First battery shipped failed out of the box. Second battery was shipped free of charge and seems to be okay.
Overall experience was good but I have two comments:
1. Second battery shipped more slowly than first. I was okay using my old battery but someone else might have been down for 3-4 days until new battery showed up.
2. Customer support was prompt and worked fine, but I don't the the support person had a lot of experience fielding 'bad battery' calls. Maybe she was learning, I give her the benefit of the doubt and on a positive note, she was a very good listener and she spoke very clearly.
The battery works ok it doesnt last nearly as long as advertised
Will continue to buy from these folks, will encourage my friends and peers to do so -- good service, good product, reasonable price.
Nice website, easy to navigate, informative, arrived quickly, packed nicely. However, now that I have had the battery about 3 weeks...I charged the battery according to instructions and it was fine at first, but it is now completely dead and it won't recharge when plugged in. I am going to contact the company and will update my review later.

Last time we ordered the wrong item arrived but was replaced with the correct with no charge for return shipping. I ordered the 2nd replacement battery this time so we should be all set this time.
I actually had to order a third battery today so I ordered from you again. We ordered the 3 Lenova laptops at the same time. It seems a little odd that all three would need to have their batteries replaced at almost the same but apparently they did. Glad they were so easy to get from you!

When the battery was opened, we found out that there is a problem charging the battery, so our IT folks are looking at the battery to see if we will need to return the battery for a replacement.

Great. I ordered the wrong battery. When I called they went out of their way to make sure I would be getting the correct one and they provided a label to return the wrong one. Excellent, quick, and accurate customer service. Wouldn't think about going any where else for a future battery purchase!
