The laptop battery I purchased was more expensive than quite a few others, but the battery is by far superior to the others for its extended life and length of charge. This is the battery to buy if you truly want a good, sure fit, long lasting battery for your laptop or other device. They also ensure it's the right one and actually follow up to be sure there are no problems.
I purchased a laptop battery from them back in early November. Literally emailed them the day after I got it (dated Nov 15th) to say I don't need it and would like to return it. I waited a week then called and got a voicemail (really?). Left a voicemail. No response on either accounts. I have several laptops at various stages of life and when they need a battery in the future, I won't be going to this company again.
I had to refill the order form 5 times before it finally processed. BTW fifth time was going to be my last attempt.
When trying to place my order, my order would not go through. But, when I switched to pay with PayPal it did. Why should I have to pay using PayPal when Debit/Credit is available?
IT TOOK FOREVER TO PLACE MY ORDER. KEPT CYCLING BACK TO MAKING ME RE-SUBMIT INFO. I ALMOST GAVE UP AND WAS ABOUT TO GO SEARCH ALTERNATE SOURCES.

Had to enter the payment page 5 times. It added tax, then made me entier all credit card info again. Each time the site requested more info by field it erased some other field and forced me to start over.
Card with much credit available was rejected 4-5 times. Ended up going though PayPal, which did work

I couldn't place this order on my iPhone. trying to figure out what series I have, it doesn't say on my laptop.
I had to enter my billing and shipping information at least six times before I could finally order the battery. The website kept asking me for information that I had already filled in. For example, it continuously deleted my phone number. It deleted my shipping preference. I was never sure if I had filled in everything correctly. I almost gave up. You have a great product, but the website leaves much to be desired.
Website must have been designed by illegal aliens. Horrible experience. Pop-ups and pop-overs are an inexcusable crime against humanity
I tried several times to place this order yesterday, and again today. I had to use another web browser to get it to go through. I use mozilla, apparently your website does not "play nice" with Mozilla

Battery does not lock in, screen does not come up, system beeps due to incompatible!
Adaptor when plugged in (Led) light only stay on for a second than goes out!

Very bad experience at this place. I bought a battery TE03XL for my Pavilion 15. It lasted for 2 weeks and then keep shutting off at 60%. I asked them about my situation, and then said it is because of my laptop, so I need to pay for the return of the battery if I want to have the refund. I went to Microcenter in Houston to have them run a diagnostic.
Turning out that my laptop is completely find and working well, the battery is the one causing the problem. Moreover, they still make me pay for the return of the battery because they are still thinking that it is my issue

You charged me Adams county tax when I live in Scioto county that is fine I pay my tax. Would not let me check out until I set up an account ran me in circles until every dot and T - - - Plus I used pay pal I hope I only get 1 Battery for as many time I had to submit my order. Way too much time wasted on this site. But my husband said ohhh good site. And now I am doing this on a Sunday morning ;(
your check out page is miserable to use. i was required to enter my information 3 times (correctly each time). i was beginning to grow concerned that I was being scammed.

You stupid order page constantly does a post back (yes I am an ASP programmer) and looses my password. You should validate the missing fields with a little bit of javascript. Worse ordering page ever
The web-design for the shopping cart and check out process is abominable. We've all been buying on-line for years, so to have to reinput information required for purchase by the site FIVE TIMES is a site design error, not a stupid user/customer problem. The required information is not readily or easily displayed at the time of checkout for example residence or business and shipping method does not even come up as a step in the process until AFTER payment information is inputted and place order is clicked---then it come back as a mistake. I had to input credit card information 5 times because of these kinds of bad website design. I expect more from an electronics seller. Furthermore, all your Google Review insert tabs get in the way of the entry items for the checkout. When I'm trying to buy a product, I don't need something in the way telling me how wonder everyone else thinks this company is. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and if I didn't want a name brand, esoteric battery replaced, I'd go somewhere else.
