The website is easy to use and the correct battery arrived in a few days. This is my first battery replacement on a Toshiba laptop. This battery was much less expensive than a genuine Toshiba battery. It's only been a few days with the new battery, but so far, so good.

Cost is 3 to 4 times higher battery fits and so far preforms as advertised.

My initial shipment was defective. When mentioned, they overnighted me another one and that was working fine. The new works fine so far.

First battery received was faulty. I called, talked with Rick, and whammo, tried a couple of things while on line, and after they did not work, a replacement battery was sent out that day. When it arrived, it worked perfectly. All was good.

Spent 3 hours trying to get battery to work. Sent it back and they won't pay $14 for the shipping. Bad business practices and clueless management. Don't use.
